Eh, he just didn’t fit into the WCW mold, and Eric Bischoff was never a fan of the character to begin with. The only highlight really of his WCW career was holding the US title for 24 hours, before getting crushed by Goldberg the next night sadly.
I swear I'm not making this up, but two days before this episode was uploaded, I watched (for the first time ever) the Raven in ECW episode. Perfect timing, I guess.
Raven did a lot better in ECW since he got to shine as a competitor both in character and performance. Raven’s WCW stint is kinda decent yet he’s not deemed as an integral part of WCW’s plans (heck, he got strapped in the cover of WCW/nWo Revenge). As for his WWE stint… “Who the F’N heck hired Johnny Polo?! By the way, pal, you go out there and do some hardcore stuff. That is all you gotta do.”
Questions 1. Raven the segment at home I liked it how about you. 2. Did you really want to see raven in wcw me no. 3. Which do you think wcw storyline made him strong and Which one buried him in wcw. 4. Where would you rank raven wcw run.
1. Scott played his role well there & made the best out of them 2. WCW was my 1st introduction to Raven 3. No story really buried him 4. Out of his 4 major runs it would be 3rd; above WWE, below ECW & TNA
Three questions: 1. Which company do you think underutilize raven more: WWF or WCW ? 2. What is raven’s best match ? 3. Who do you think is wcw worse promoter ?
1. WWF 2. Hard to say his best; but in terms of favorite, I'll go with the Triple Jeopardy US Title Match against DDP & Benoit from Uncensored 1998 3. Define promoter. Because if you're going by owner it's AOL/Time Warner. If you're going by President it's Jim Herd.
I always loved the raven character it was nice and refreshing to see then what was already going on in wrestling watching wrestling bios reliving the war from August of 1999 and its sad to see how far raven had fallen and how he just doesnt care at this point damn shame.
I always thought the Raven character was used better in ECW than in WCW and WWE. Scott did the best with the cards that he was given, but I just can't stomach of how Eric said he didn't get the gimmick, which should tell you a lot of what little Eric Bischoff knows about talent.

Let’s say Tommy Dreamer left ECW to go to WCW, just for argument sakes: How different do you think WCW would’ve handled their feud, or would they even feud at all in WCW? 2. If Bischoff gave Raven a chance at the main event scene, do you think Raven COULD have been World Champion? We know Raven was good friends with Hall & Nash. 3. How would you have done a Sting vs Raven feud? Maybe some time in 98 or even 99, and how would the feud go? 4. If Hak and Raven had a better feud in WCW, would you have brought in Tyler and Lori as well?
1. WCW would have dropped the ball on trying to recreate Raven/Dreamer 2. Probably not under Bischoff; but under Russo's book, Raven would have been given a chance 3. I have no clue; and it probably would have been in 1999 had Raven stayed long enough for Russo to come in 4. No

I should also point out that Levy wrestled as "the Palm Beach Heartthrob" Scott Anthony in the Global Wrestling Federation in Dallas, Texas.
I would say Raven was the Mount Rushmore of ECW, his TNA run was Cool, his WCW was OK and his WWE run was terrible.
His TNA is highly underrated
