What’s the point in buying and never using a vehicle. Imagine someone who saved up for the Camaro and you happened to have bought the last one. Imagine finding out the person who bought it is gonna store it inside a refrigerated storage. Clearly he isn’t gonna drive it considering the fact he old one had fucking 15 miles on it that mean he either drove it to his house and never drove it again or those 15 miles are people before him test driving it….
I would probably do it for a limited production cars like this, so I get it. But for a regular zl1? Like he lost money on that.

The demand for 2024 ZL1 Panther Collectors Edition has been HUGE! Many dealerships had long waiting lists and most dealerships did not get an allocation for one. Very limited as only 350 units built. Each unit serialized. Many dealerships have sold these for far above MSRP. Due to the very high demand, most qualified buyers did not get one.

For those of you steaming over the 20k increase for the panther addition, this is just normal "collector" markups of the price it seems like. Always happens. If it were the same price as a normal ZL1, everyone would likely jump on that thing quick. With the more expensive tag, regardless of it having no modifications besides decals, it would attract less people and likely result in reaching a more exclusive audience that _are_ collectors and will take care of it _because_ they are collectors (Not taking care of it as in storing it away for a few millenia until the next barn find channel appears and finds it with the same 15 miles on the clock). That's my take on it. Not justifying the price, it is a lot, but if people are willing to pay, so be it.

Way to go Chevy! If you really wanted to end the Camaro legacy with a bang. Why not add a Whipple SC, Short Headers, and Borla exhaust, along with a Super Tune. Adding a wrap, decal, and some BS font badge, is a kick in the teeth. Dodge expanded on the Hellcat, Red Eye, then Demon. You guys had one job and freakin blew it! Terrible way to end the Camaro!
