Well you say that, the gopro has eaten another 20 hours of footage of me going through all the boat wiring etc and I can't exactly undo everything to redo it, so next time I go down i'll pull a few covers off and explain what I did and where but that'll be a fairly short video I guess. We've been out this morning again so just got another 2 hours almost of actual on water content I was going to just post up mostly unedited but we'll see and if weather holds out we're off out again next week. So I'm no longer 2 weeks ahead of time with filmed content but I have some good run about footage. I've also bought a DJI Action 3 to replace the gopro as I'm sure that thing is on its last legs the amount of times its eaten the footage recently.
Nice run and nice wake. How fast were you going? Out for the first time of the season this week after late maintenance and a hip replacement op. Can’t wait 😀
Think the fastest I got to on this run was probably 23/24knots SOG, we were punching tide so water speed would have been a good 5 knots up on that. Hope you have a good day out when you finally get out.
you are very correct its not the most interesting part of the world but when its calm it is relaxing, like going for a nice drive in the car its less about the location and more about just going. Although I will admit having easier access to some nice little bays/beaches etc like they have on the south coast appeals to me.
@@nickdoughty518 Incredibly so much so I am considering moving the boat further afield although then i'll need a smaller boat up here closer to home, but yeah even just his little trip up the river the other day there's literally nothing like that here :(
Nice! Great video, thanks!
Good to see you out on the boat again Dave. Looking forward to more content with this good weather.

Thanks for the video but it's not the most interesting setting, is it?
