Fixing No Air Blowing Through Vents On 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty

- Climate control not working. Blower motor would not respond to any changes on climate control. I replaced the blend door actuator and nothing happened. It ended up actually being the blower motor itself. It was starting to lock up and it melted the connector. I show the process I went through to figure that out and how to remove the blower motor as well here 2:00.

I have the same problem and found a temporary fix was just to unplug the blower and plug it back in. Unfortunately, It will eventually stop working again. Can you post the link to the blower and plug you purchased?

All the Fords have fckn problems with Ac/Heat. All sorts of problems: blower problems, air blowing inside dashboard, fuses burning out, heat stops working, and woof! Am done with Fords after 3 different vehicles: Flex, F150 and Transit. All were relatively low mileage, and all had same problems. You fix one thing and then anotger thing goes bad

Thanks for the video, it helped me get started in removing the blower motor after a mouse got into it and jammed it from spinning. Yuck!
The 4x4 module nuts are 10mm not 11mm as described. The three blower motor screws are T15 not T20. The back screw of the blower motor is a major pain to get to!!! I ended up using a flexible hex bit holder extension driven by an electric screwdriver. Putting that screw back was much easier than getting it out.
Did you replace the wiring harness connector before throwing in the new blower motor?
I cleaned up the burnt plastic around each connector inside the plug. I still have the new plug but never swapped it out. Still working fine since I've made this video.

Did you check the blower by external source of electricity like battery? I have same issue but blower spin when I connected to external battery
The blower still worked, but it was drawing too much amps and burning up the connector. It was just a matter of time before it started blowing fuses.
Pull and check blower relay.. I have a 2018 that burned the relay and eng bay fuse box up
