ASUS Transformer Prime Review - TF201 with Docking Station

- ASUS Transformer Prime Review - www.netbooknews.com The Transformer Prime has a 10.1″ Super IPS+ 1280 x 800, 10 finger multitouch display with Corning's Gorilla Glass. Under the hood we've got Nvidia's new Tegra 3 quad core processor with 1GB or RAM and the option for a 32 or 64GB SSD along side some cloud based storage from ASUS Webstorage.
The camera is significantly improved with an 8MP rear facing camera and a 1.2MP on the front with increased shutted speeds. The rear camera has a flash and features a large F2.4 aperture when most others have a smaller F2.8 which will improve field of depth. There are a bevy of connections available including a 2-in-1 audio jack, micro HDMI, Micro SD card reader, internal microphone and the dock offers an additional 1 USB 2.0 & a full size card reader. There are also a series of sensors including a G-Sensor, Gyroscope, E-compass, GPS & Light Sensor which presumably will be used to automatically gauge screen brightness. It also comes in two colours. We haven't been able to get our hands on the Champagne Gold, but we are told that its the more elegant of the two...which is hard to believe since the Grey was pretty stunning. - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี

Asus Zenbook wasn't the first to use the ring case design. Samsung QX notebook was earlier than that.

@F6CSW58 Not when it comes to Wifi ,GPS signal and performance. Just the ports and a couple millimeters thinner.

is the back aluminium or high quality plastic made to resemble lick plastic. I was on a few more sites and they stated it was plastic... TechnoBuffalo says it is plastic in their video...can anyone confirm... if it is plastic than these guys did not do their research. I thought when he did not know it was a micro HDMI port it was bad enough. lol

Next time do a review in a steelmill, it will be much quieter there. ;) But really, thanks for showing the prime, im getting one for Christmas (well 6th of January, thank you asus Europe marketing idiots), cant wait to play around with it.

@xKORTHOSx yea i just check my pre order from best buy and it still says dec 18th it will ship. i decided to choose the fastest shipping so i hope i will get it. Changing the color really isn't an option because their sold out everywhere sadly lol but u know that. Ive looked at many videos of of the purple-grey and its not bad. i can live with it The purple is a surprise but i kinda like it or at least im trying to convince myself that i like it lol

Watchout if you want one. The wifi, blue thoot and GPS sucks balls more then everything. There's a lot of people who are in the same case.
