Hiya, Very good, one small comment, perhaps slow down when you are clicking the buttons etc but magic, thanks for your time helping others..
Thanks for the feedback! There is much more content in the channel! 🙂
Thanks for this video. I was wondering how you numbered your predecessors 2,56,7……24 etc. how did you match those numbers?
I didn’t number, those are the line numbers on Ms Project.
you skipped how to add a task milestone to timeline: Right click the row> in the dialog box General>tick the add to timeline box. Otherwise, stellar tutorial!
You did show later on in the video.
Thank you, Guilherme! It's very useful!
Glad to hear that! There is more in the channel and coming! 🙂 if you have questions about Project Management, there is a Q&A box open everyday on my Instagram 🙂

great vid. thx m8
Glad you enjoyed it
How can one identify leads and lags?
It depends what you mean by leads and lags. All tasks outside the critical path will have lag time, you need to analyze it to understand lag time for the task and for the chain of tasks. If by lead you mean critical activities, that is the critical path. Ms Project highlights it in red on Gantt Control view (I show it in the video)
Great
