    Project Management is for Projectors or Coordinators, my friend. Human Design is a thing, and while I'm totally in favor of emotional intelligence/ maturity, I think that you will be much more successful if you become aware of your design, and the designs of your clients. Are you emotionally defined? Are they? It matters, and I would like to see you succeed. XOXO ❤️

      @@PMCraft I'm saying that you seem to be recommending these pillars as if all humuns are theoretically suited for project management, and this is not the case. You recommend self-knowledge, and I'm saying that your understanding of that subject can be greatly expanded, and your business can reach its intended audience more directly, through understanding the Human Design system. Have you heard of it? I'm wondering about your specific design--are *you * actually a project manager (projector)? That would tend to make you believe that everyone would benefit from your knowledge, when these folks are only 20% of the population. Look up Human Design.

    How can one identify leads and lags?

    • @PMCraft
      @PMCraft 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It depends what you mean by leads and lags. All tasks outside the critical path will have lag time, you need to analyze it to understand lag time for the task and for the chain of tasks. If by lead you mean critical activities, that is the critical path. Ms Project highlights it in red on Gantt Control view (I show it in the video)
