Great content, thanks! Could you recommend some civs that fit this build order? Maybe archer civs?

Britons :) mayans are ok, but gathering sheep faster is an insane bonus since you can get more food or more wood! Let me know how it goes

    why we go drush?

There are several reasons to do a drush. Personally I like to do it when I have some type of eco bonus (britons, mayans, even sometime franks). I also do it when I know i have a good map, but I need time to wall. The drush gives you enough time to wall your base since you are the first attacking. I also do drush when I spot enemy forward berries. If you have a really open map, sometimes I prefer m@a instead of drush. But I know with experience and more and more games (and depending on the game level and execution) the decisions will become more clear :)

    how about deer?

I advice to push one deer. It's always helpful and you still can scout your opponent in time. However it's difficult to push deer and have this build order clean :P Therefore if you can push you push (this will get you a better feudal age and a faster castle time). If not, the most important is execution :P
