    Thank you for this video. I have been using a floss band on my ankle and got results but my results have plateaued. I'm excited to incorporate your way of using a floss band.

    You cant leave it on very long 2 minutes it cuts off curculation !! Watch knees over toes guy he is amazing with this stuff

    Can you do this with a tear in your FHL at the insertion next to the Achilles, longitudinal Longus brevis split tear, and calcaneonavicular coalition?
    I'm sure I can do the foot that had reconstruction, but I'm bilaterally injured so it's really difficult to even walk on a treadmill. I wasn't able to do rehabilitation afterwards... But both feet gave atrophied big time its scaring me. 😨 😢

      @@TheSourceChiropractic i don’t know what that means but from the way you speak in your videos i definitely trust you. Do you have any videos on ankle impingement? because i have been trying everything and watched 100 youtube videos but nothing seems to work. ☹️☹️

    Whoever named this product should have their head examined. floss verb (TEETH)
    to clean between your teeth using dental floss: It's important to floss every day. Floss as a noun::A thread used to clean the gaps between the teeth. In slang speech, floss means to show off or brag, similar to "flex". Flossing is to be showing off or bragging. Flossed is. the past tense meaning to have showed off or bragged. So, NOTHING in these known and accepted definitions has to do with a band you wrap around your ankle. Someone should go back and invent a new name for this product. You do NOT floss your feet or ankles, only your teeth. You can wrap a band around your ankle. Why is it not called an ankle band which is different from an ACE bandage?
