My left pinky toe has curled inwards as long as I can remember. When I twisted it, I felt a crack and now it's mostly straight!

You do a great job at explaining this!!! How long does it usually take before I should notice a difference in my foot doing these exercises? A few weeks?
Typically you should notice a difference right away, try standing bouncing up and down notice what you notice... do the mobility then retry. For longer term changes it will need to be done daily.
