    Thank you. I used my floss band on my knees but never thought of using them on my ankles. I will add it to my workout regimen

    Great video, thanks so much. Really trying to work on my right ankle to remove old scar tissue (has been sprained very badly multiple times in the past when playing football). Am still trying to figure out how to wrap the band exactly and amount of time in each movement. Thanks again for uploading the vid!

    Hi there is this something that would help with a old ankle sprain from about 10 years ago ? its always felt a bit weak and since taking up running my Peroneal tendon have become painful. great video by the way.

    I have Si joint pain,rotated pelvis ...thight right hip, right knee and right ankle pain....I do some mobility and I see that my right ankle ligament is painful I will do this...

    Sir after that I can walk if I do diz exercise? I have sprained ankle and I didn't walk.

      Sir start at Oct 21 dis year.. But I use some herbal medicine in 2weeks I feel to much pain I will decide go to orthopedics. Then doctors said I have a sprained ankle.. Now I do rice method but I feel so much wasting time.. Wat about my work my family.. Sir wat is d best for fasting improvement?i didn't walk actually

    That was Vorus force, not valgus

      It's actually a Varus force not a valgus or vorus. :)
