I preach once a month at a small church and this woman is no pastor. If someone came to me and asked for prayers for a mentally impaired child I would not think twice. One thing I was trained in is prayer. There is no special training for this. The child is a human being, created by God. Jesus said let the little children come.
She couldn't pray for a mentally impaired child because it would cut into Bible Study time/they're not "specially trained"?!? Disgusting. Just absolutely disturbing. She's in it for the "adoration", not for God. And I guarantee the Defendant didn't ask the question about the child's skin tone. It makes no sense. Just no.
Every time I hear someone talk about how they are a good Christian or they did it out of the goodness of their heart because it was the Christian thing to do, I automatically dislike them. She said that mess about them kids and the other lady didn't want to pray for the other child because she had her meeting set up and the owner just walks in asking for a prayer. Both are petty and were fed up with each other.
Typical religious hypocrites. “We weren’t trained to pray in the presence of someone’s disability”. Basically, you’re welcomed in our service if your considered “normal”.
The power and leading of the Holy Spirit, as well as an understanding of God’s Word is who trains. There is a such thing as vain powerless prayers. Lots of people pray, but this doesn’t mean that they are praying with or to the right spirit or with a pure heart. Lastly, if people could pray any kind of way, Jesus wouldn’t have mentioned the foundation for prayer aka the Lord’s Prayer.🙏🏾🌎🌏🌍❤️✨
First off you don't train a person how to pray, because prayer comes from the heart or not at all. Second I believe the defendant was being nosey and definitely asked that child about her skin color... Which it totally none of her business and irrelevant. Both parties need to find an alter and seek guidance because they lost it or never had it
They are both really terrible in this situation. Goodness … one can’t pray with the special needs child and the other is questioning children in their origins. Literal madness

The pastor in the green needs to humble herself. Difference would have never made a difference in their line of work. Ceremony and service may differ. However, the end all be all is the same goal💝
As the plaintif stands there in all Gucci and gold.. I wonder how many of her people are starving or cant pay their bills. I have no empathy for pastors that seem to profit so well by taking from people who believe in them.
I don't believe the plaintiff AT ALL. She seems so shady and contradictory. She keeps saying that she never got to use the church but at the same time she states the defendant was always there. Which is it?
How as a pastor or just in general a worshipping human being no matter what religion can you say you don’t want to pray over someone mentally impaired. That’s is purely disgusting 😢
The plaintiff was turning the property into a church, without getting approval from the city or town zoning committee. And then the Defendant wanted to change the inside of the newly created illegal church to her tastes. And the plaintiff was calling the starting church services, "A GRAND OPENING." A church never has a GRAND OPENING. LMAO! I laughed so hard I almost fell out of my chair. LMAO! And then the Plaintiff complained about someone bringing in a Special Needs child, which that is discrimination against the handicapped. And then the defendant admitted to holding her church stuff in the afternoon. A competition between the ladies began the troubles. LMAO!
So after the decision of the judge, the plaintif paid 700 for one church service that was not properly done due to the defendants attitude. The defendant paid nothing so the defendant won. It does not seem fair.
So first the defendant is at every service, then they didn’t do a service, then they only did one service. It’s people like her that give Christians a bad name.
1 Cor 6:1-2 says that 2 Christians who have a problem shouldn't be going to a heathen court to have their problem solved. Scripture says that Christians should solve their problems among themselves - and certainly these 2 pastors should know better.
People who claim themselves to be "People of God" are often the most petty, selfish people I've ever seen. Especially, not being willing to include the mentally disabled girl. How unChristian can you be??
The plaintiff Had rented a space for particular use, In the defendant interrupted that... The judge got this completely wrong... And i'm not even a believer
Imagine saying you can't pray for a disabled child. She should be ashamed of herself! I was wondering when race would be brought into it...and there we go. Every single time. 🙄🙄🙄
This is the perfect example of how people use religion to abuse others. One pastor was annoyed at having to put up with a mental needs kid and the other pastor asked about why a mothers daughter has a different skin complexion then her siblings. I don't believe people are this stupid and insensitive, they both should have exercised patience and understanding at CHURCH of all places. but instead they covertly got under each others skin with petty powerplays. church almost seems to be the lowermost country club where people who can't join a real club come together to use god as a means to get into peoples business and subjugate them. there common faith should have made a friendship bloom with NO trouble, I'm friends with some people ONLY because we like the same sports, there not my best friends but we sure aren't attacking each other. Both parties took an L and did nothing but make religion appear to be a tool for control instead of a path towards a higher power and a better life.
You are right on that. My wife is Asian and other Asian women that are middle-aged and older that my wife & daughter encounters at the store, mall, and even at church asks or comments about my daughter's complexion all the time. Obviously Christians aren't perfect we sin but we are supposed to do our best to be good people and open everyone with open arms! I would pray for anyone! I don't care where you come from, what your circumstances are, or who you are! You don't need to be trained to pray, praying doesn't require some type of schooling or speacial training you just say what's on your heart and pray to god.
I preach once a month at a small church and this woman is no pastor. If someone came to me and asked for prayers for a mentally impaired child I would not think twice. One thing I was trained in is prayer. There is no special training for this. The child is a human being, created by God. Jesus said let the little children come.
This is sad, should be showing compassion and care and these two ladies didn’t.
The defendant looked wonky when she first enetered, staring at the plaintiff. Then back there eating with the guests. 😂
Why does the plaintiff look like Nene Leakes?? 😅😅😅😂😂
Yesss 😂
Season one NeNe...😊
@@nicoleh.6352 right! Exactly 🤣😂😅
Just no.
Not only was my church super supportive of me despite my mental illness, I played drums for them for YEARS, this plaintiff is a qwack.
The asian lady was feeding three victim role lol when the judge was telling the other lady she cnt get money back lol😂
She was there every service.
We only had one service.
Every time I hear someone talk about how they are a good Christian or they did it out of the goodness of their heart because it was the Christian thing to do, I automatically dislike them. Every single time, they turn out to be rude, hateful, scheming, etc.
I know several people that live following real Christian values. Do good unto others. Love thy neighbor. Put good back into the world, even if no good is done to you. Not ONE of them brags about their religion. They just live as good people
I GUARANTEE the defendant was hovering around, changing stuff, and interfering. I GUARANTEE IT!!! Standing around watching, and not letting her enjoy and use the space. I hate when people do that both sides BS like the judge just did. It’s not both sides. Smh
The plaintiff claimed the defendant was doing that at "every service" and then later stated there was only 1 service. The testimony did not make any sense.
She said that mess about them kids and the other lady didn't want to pray for the other child because she had her meeting set up and the owner just walks in asking for a prayer. Both are petty and were fed up with each other.
Great decision judge, seen right through them
My goodness " I brung it there" the word is brought. And as for not being trained in praying, never heard anything like that before.. ridiculous
Those ppl in service of "God" sure are serious about their tax free money.
The man at the end be so aggy sometimes, he messy at🤦🏾♀️🤣🤣🤣
These are the types of people who are in heaven. Who needs this headache in the afterlife😂😂
When someone ever has to throw “I’m a Christian” into the mix you should know not to trust them.
I love the Judge new highlights. It looks really nice on her
The way the Defendant was staring down the Plaintiff tho. . lmbo
Typical religious hypocrites. “We weren’t trained to pray in the presence of someone’s disability”. Basically, you’re welcomed in our service if your considered “normal”.
I think it was a good judgment. Zero zero.
what kind of training do you need to pray 😂
Both parties need to find an alter and seek guidance because they lost it or never had it
Ppl sue over ANYTHING.. RIDICULOUS
Not the pastor doing the accent when quoting the defendant. Ma'am 😭
It doesn't take any training at all to pray, for impaired children or otherwise. That's a very odd and stupid thing to say.
They are both really terrible in this situation. Goodness … one can’t pray with the special needs child and the other is questioning children in their origins. Literal madness
Anytime a case starts with a million details, and is all over the place, is a recipe for disaster. They be sent packing, denied claim.
@ 9:09 Harvey Levinson cuts the young Black lady off in the middle of a sentence* in favor of the White woman's "last word" and the White woman not even listening to a word he said! *This is America.* 😏😒
The pastor in the green needs to humble herself. Difference would have never made a difference in their line of work. Ceremony and service may differ. However, the end all be all is the same goal💝
its almost as if pastors are just in it for the money 🤷
Judge Milian not knowing how to use that old ass phone 😭
So just how much training does it take to pray for someone? What a load of bullcrap.
As the plaintif stands there in all Gucci and gold.. I wonder how many of her people are starving or cant pay their bills. I have no empathy for pastors that seem to profit so well by taking from people who believe in them.
You dont need any special training to pray, just a loving, kind ♥
Go home... Well said by the judge at the end...
I don't believe the plaintiff AT ALL. She seems so shady and contradictory. She keeps saying that she never got to use the church but at the same time she states the defendant was always there. Which is it?
She was monitoring her. That's weird!!
I believe the plaintiff is telling the absolute truth. The defendant probably doesn't even realize what she was doing wrong.
Absolutely agree…. I’m totally with the plaintiff!
LMAO!
Prayers has to come from the heart.
What is old Nene Leakes doing here lol
I’m confused. If the defendant is a pastor too, why couldn’t she pray for the child?
So after the decision of the judge, the plaintif paid 700 for one church service that was not properly done due to the defendants attitude. The defendant paid nothing so the defendant won. It does not seem fair.
This goes to show you that some people are not meant to be pastors!
The Bible tells us that women are not to teach men. Women should not be pastors men.
Not trained to pray for a child because he’s mentally impaired. And feeling uncomfortable? Super weird.
Whenever I hear someone say they are a Christian, I am immediately on guard and run the other way fast!!!
Omg this case was so annoying to watch. Idk why I didn’t skip 😭
Once again, people using religion to get away with stuff.
Wow, just wow!
“Not trained to pray for that”? 🤔
The P is unreasonable. I really thought she was about to make a real case.
I believe her with the thing about the skin complexion, old Asian women ask questions like that...because they ask at the nail shops...
You are right on that. My wife is Asian and other Asian women that are middle-aged and older that my wife & daughter encounters at the store, mall, and even at church asks or comments about my daughter's complexion all the time. My daughter has gotten so tired of it that she does not respond except rolling her eyes/shaking her head at them and walking away.
@@randys6220 It's curiosity... what's so wrong with someone taking an interest? I'm black, grew up in Africa when I relocated to the UK I was fascinated by the different eye colours and hair colours of Caucasians. I'd ask questions but in turn they always found my braids/Afro interesting. The would even ask why my brothers were really dark whilst I was very light skinned...I think people are ever so keen to see the negative in every situation instead of embracing people taking an interest in what makes us unique.
@@JustMe-ug3mk I'm an older guy and I nor has my wife ever walked up to a parent or directly to a child/teen, and comment/ask about the child's/teen's skin tone being light or dark as compared to relatives/parents. It is inappropriate to say the least and creepy as hell to the extreme. If it is considered normal behavior then the defendant would not be so adamant that she did not do that and look so embarrassed about it being brought up. Your context/circumstances are totally different than was being described.
It's a matter of perception, most races usually have the same shade of skin tone as their family members yet black people come in all sort of shades. I find absolutely nothing wrong with anyone asking why my siblings and I have different shades. If it's an usual for that person, they may just be curious. Really and truly... nothing wrong. People will try and find something negative in situations where negativity is not intended. It's not like they insulted the child or treated the child different because of their skin tone.
@@JustMe-ug3mk I would just tell you or anyone else that asked it is none of your ** business about my child's skin color and tell you or the person to never approach us again. I would make sure to be loud enough so anyone else around can hear what is going on so you get the shocked stare downs.
HYPOCRISY AT IT'S FINEST. ALWAYS USED THE NAME OF GOD JUST FOR THE SAKE OF MONEY.
A holy commotion....the writers really describe these cases with the titles
She shouldn’t have been in our service? Training for prayer? Problem because you’re being asked to pray for someone outside of service? Sounds like this “church” needs more relationship and less religion
the defendant accepted monetary compensation which turns it into a legal binding rental contract.
now it’s against the law to sticky your big nose in there.
morally it’s rude and annoying.
just keep your nose out.
you don’t belong there.
all the nosey pastor had to do was keep her nose out. but she just had to bother them every single sunday.
the plaintiff should have been awarded $5000 just to teach that nosey pastor a lesson in manners.
which she has none. zero.
if she did she would have had the decency to give them their space.
can’t stand it.
Neither one of them are pastor's, Christians are not supposed to sue each other, it is a bad witness they should work it out.
Dirty plaintiffs. I could pray for the handicapped kid. That was not a good church.
Every church and service should be open to Everyone and you don't have to be trained to pray for someone!! What ,!,!,?? They are both crazy
All people are God's children. How can you turn them away?
Are you kidding me!!!!! You didnt want to stop your church service to pray for someone in NEED!!! Praying does not require any special kind of skill but it does require some connection to the Father, there was not anything special needed for you to pray for the child......smh church people can be the worst!!
These two women are “pastors”, really?? Neither of them act like it & they both should be ashamed cause I promise you neither are representatives of the Lord!! (Plaintiff sounds kind of like she’s back & forth with her side of the story? But all liars will be made known!!
That plaintiff Pastor need to learn more about being a better, person before she start a Mega Church
The 'holy' ones tend to be the biggest hypocrites.
I’m totally positive…. (the defendant was a pain in the a*s!!!!
