If you wanna be successful in your life your success will not let you sleep, eat , study You should train 24 hrs a day , 7 days a week , 365 days a year C,mon no execuses
It’s less about the number of hours and more about the intensity and focus of your training. You could train for 5 hours mindlessly and going through the motions or you could train for 1 hour at high intensity and get more out of it.

3 hrs a day is a good time
Start with 30 mins to an hour a day, then as you build consistency increase it to 2 hours and more
It's not really how often you do it. It's how you do it. A 2 hour session with 120% effort is much more effective than 3 sessions with 70% effort.
