I feel like technique is the main reason is keeping me back from being a good player, I can't consistently hit those beautiful shots/passes/longballs etc, with the same technique...this video will help me improve so much, thanks!❤
dear micheal iam from India and I improve a lot by watching your videos such as my speed, stamina, ball controll, powerful shoot maybe some time your channel is better than my old training center in individual training and getting good information such as diet and all thanks a lot mate
Nice training session mate , Me and my friends will love doing this type of training and also for improving ourselves much better than before , Thanks mate 👍⚽🙂
this is what the game is all about!! enjoying being on the ball and playing free. IF you cant enjoy a great session like this, then simply put, the game isn't for you. Excellent stuff Michael!
yeah this is deceiving. The game is for everyone. If you put in the work you can enjoy a great session like this. your comment deters players from improving
@@khojertw not at all actually, what i said is that the game is all about enjoying it, expressing yourself, and having fun, which he's doing in his session
Micheal I really appreciate ur work lad coz it has helped me perform much better in games down here in Africa thanks so much coz u really inspire me to go pro
Another aspect to consider is the triple concept of AT THE BALL, NEAR THE BALL and AWAY FROM THE BALL. AT THE BALL is about the initial technical contact with ball. NEAR THE BALL is about the effectiveness of the supporting players nearest to the ball. AWAY FROM THE BALL is how effective are the players furthest away from the ball. So, coaching within these three principles, it’s easy to follow where the coaching needs to be done. If the initial technique is poor then the other two are redundant. If the first technique is good, but the supporting angles and availability of the nearest players is poor then progress in play is stopped. If the technique is good and support players are positive in good support positions but the passing opportunities are poor then any attack is short lived.
Thanks mlc .. it will help me a lot .. i need to be trained like this .. these are the great techniques to build best players .. it gives mentality /ball control etc..
Hey, i forgot that you finally hit 1 million 😂 nice job last time I saw it was on 700k your drills are super effective keep up the amazing work you've helped us a lot
Michael, when do you progress the session from Solo, in pairs to 3 players and all controlling and passing as they move? I usually assess when players have enough ‘technical’ proficiency while stationary then introduce constant movement while still maintaining the optimum technique when controlling and playing. Then I usually move onto to mild pressure from a pseudo passive opponent where the receiver has to quickly assess where and how to control.
Can you please make a video on calf strengthening ? Thank you ❤ for all of your videos. I really love them I have improved a lot in my games. Thank you once again for your priceless videos.
hey michael great video...loved it...appreciate ur work.....can u pls tell me how to improve ur vision while dribbling with the ball.....once again rlly great video...loved it
first i would never miss out any of your vids.I always like and comment and ive already subscribed.Second, say hola to your spanish friend for me.Third,it was very kind of you to share a banana with him, indeed we have to look after each other.Forth, ive enjoyed the video as usuall and thank you alot Mike.stay safe bro we are together bye!
3 times a day sounds excessive but I guess it depends on what you’re doing. Speed parachutes can help a little, but I’d recommend hill sprints over parachutes 👍👍
Could you please make the technique breakdown of short range lace pass or grounded lace passes , which you guys were doing in the start And it has little bit of height ,Which part of shoes do you hit from
@@7mlc We are all good thanks Michael. Looking for new teams for next season the lads are doing trials need to join better more progress teams. Hope you and family are doing well. Ever thought of doing training camp? You would be massively popular!
Hey Micheal love your videos! I was wondering how many reps sets and how much rest you do when you train shooting crossing passing etc (football), how do you know how much you should do?
There’s no right or wrong answer for sets or reps mate. As long as you’re really focusing on your technique with each one. For example, with the 2 touch shooting, we each did probably 4-5 rounds of 4 reps. Again though, quality is more important that quantity sometimes 👍
I feel like technique is the main reason is keeping me back from being a good player, I can't consistently hit those beautiful shots/passes/longballs etc, with the same technique...this video will help me improve so much, thanks!❤
Consistency is really important as you move up the levels in your playing journey mate 👊
Me even today messed up Everest pass every chance and shoot im so sad
Me either I started working on long passing technique now there is some improve
It’s understandable, because if you are very good technically then you will be more confident on the ball = more confident on the pitch overall
Technique is such a underated football skill
Scored my first hattrick today for my new academy. Been doing your ball mastery drill , improved me so much

Michael,if I train 4 hours per day instead of 1 hour and a half per day, will my skills improve faster?Your video is 🔥 keep up the great work 😊❤
That’s a bit excessive mate. Make sure your sessions are intense and focused, and you’ll accomplish more in 1-2 hours than in 4 👍

My brother Michael, is it a speed parachute, is it useful and increases my speed? A second question, please, is it wrong to exercise 3 times a day?

What should be the workout plan for Pro, 3 days of workout and rest or 4 days of workout and then rest
Most professionals train 4-5 times per week, play matches once (sometimes twice) per week, then usually one full rest/recovery day 👍
