I live in zone 9a. I bought three impatiens including the lavender inpatients and planted them in self-watering pots under the porch. All of these 3 have died gradually. don't know why. is it too hot for this plant although it shows zone over 9.

It never hurts to try, the problem with plants indoors is often not enough light, and not enough humidity.

This plant is a dichrondra silver fall
Can the dichondra survive in a very hot weather up to 100 f ?
Yes, it is but it does get some shade too.
