It's bittersweet when a long-running show comes to an end, especially one that has been a part of your routine and bonding time with your dad for over a decade.
I love the part in the season finale of season 5 when Frank goes to the prison to the man who orchestrated the killing of Frank’s old friend and had the satisfaction of telling him that he was transferring prisons because of killing a federal officer and now going on death row for it and was going to wave at him and his time came.
I love this show. Tom Selleck is at the top of his game as Commissioner Frank Reagan. The dinner scene where Jamie's swallowing habit was discussed cracks me up.
10. Frank talking down an officer who shot a child by accident from suicide with no assistance from anyone. 9. The police raid and arrest of the Los Lordes Gang in the same projects where Jamie's first partner grew up and was killed. 8. Danny and Jamie find a missing child who was abducted for years and return the boy to his mother after years of separation. 7. Jamie meet his second partner Eddie in the same night another officer is killed. 6. Jamie partnering with a cop who testified against her own partner for killing a man in custody after she is bullied by her precinct. 5. Jamie and Eddie get into a gun fight with suspects which results in another officer shooting one of the suspects in the back. All the suspects were children or teenagers. 4. Danny, Jamie and their nephew Joe fight off gun runners on deadly shootout where they use assault rifles. 3. Danny shots a killer who takes his sister Erin hostage and saves her while using the line "please don't hurt my family". 2. Frank and Jamie talk about 'barstools" as a metaphor about their family. 1. Jamie chasing a predator who beat and robbed his grandfather up the rooftops. Then choosing to save the perp's life rather than letting him fall to his death.
Franks eulogy at the funeral of his partner who lived through 9/11 but died of complications of that day. The final part - the Irish prayer - may the road rise up to meet you - could have been campy, but Tom Selleck made it memorable.
Loved the show but after the way they wrote off Linda I had time with season 8. I am happy it has continued on so long and need to get back and watch the first 7 seasons 1 day.
In Australia thay mucked up the schedule soo much, it was difficult to find it every week. Then they decided shuffled episodes would be good, then reruns of bits of seasons. I eventually found it again, but had missed so much decided not to watch anymore. Have videos of first 5 or 6 seasons. I think it will be always be one of my best series ever.
1.When Jamie and Eddie realized they had feelings for each other. 2. Eddie saved his life from being shot. 3. Jamie’s standing ovation after being shot in the of duty and discharged from the hospital. The Reagan Family is now and always will be my favorite crime family and I wish I had that true blue blood whenever I watch them.
You forgot the episode about Mother’s Day, and the episodes about the Bidderman houses. I also love the please don’t hurt my family episode and the episode where the entire family gets to laughing so hard, they can’t breathe telling stories about the kinds of things that Jamie swallowed when he was little
As a big fan of this show since I was 12 years old, I'm very sad to see this show go. It's actually one of my favorite cop drama shows, even as a child. 😞😓
With number 1, Sonny Malevsky has a son, but he's different from his father, and he is repenting his father's crimes even though he lied on his application. But Joe Hill became a cop to honor his father.
Although many of this show's plot lines seem to be weenie or just far-fetched at times, I readily admit I shall miss this great cop series following this season.
07:13 - Can we take a moment to acknowledge that it was SEAN who found out that Joe had a son? He was curious as to the heritage and did one of those heritage tests, only to discover Joe Hill through that and invited him to the Sunday Family Dinner. 11:13 - "Down these mean streets a man must go who is not himself mean, who is neither tarnished nor afraid. He is the hero; he is everything. He must be a complete man and a common man and yet an unusual man. He must be, to use a rather weathered phrase, a man of honor-by instinct, by inevitability, without thought of it, and certainly without saying it. He must be the best man in his world and a good enough man for any world." - Raymond Chandler Quoted by Francis X. Reagan ~ 💙
The audience of the show by my observation is far older my Dad and many of his friends loved the show and talk constantly about it and we live in Southeast Asia in the Philippines. And most probably do not go to many social media sites as much.
1:42 anyone who does finds God wants his forgivess. and he has guilt. Two of my friends who are ministries have prison services. I would offer the man a second chance.
I love how there's two different Anthony's in the replies *basically* saying the same thing and I can't believe this guy just said that >:( but ppl have their own likes and dislikes... we must try not to get upset just because someone has a different opinion. The only time we should get mad at someone saying the opposite of what we feel is when they say that "This sucks in general." because there's no such thing as a bad or good song or show or whatever because if someone likes it, someone else is gonna hate it and vise versa. Do you understand what I'm saying? It's like saying apples suck just only because you are allergic or hate the taste.(I absolutely LOVE apples btw. I'm just giving an example)

Love It WatchMojo.
When Danny's gun turns up missing and ends up in the back seat of his patrol car.
The family drama is what sets Blue Bloods apart from all the other cop shows in the best possible way.
You're absolutely right! The family dynamics in Blue Bloods add a unique and compelling layer to the show, setting it apart from other cop dramas.
Frank confronting the blue Templar organization is one of my favorite scenes in the series.
Oscar with Tom Selleck's name
Best. Scene. Ever.
Not a big fan of cop procedurals, but I've been watching this with my dad for over a decade now. Sad to see the show end, but it's been a fun ride.
Same here
It's bittersweet when a long-running show comes to an end, especially one that has been a part of your routine and bonding time with your dad for over a decade.
Been watching with my Dad as well.
The "please don't hurt my family" moment was missing in the list!
It’s going to be sad to see this series go.
There's a fan campaign to save it

The method man episode.
The family dinners are always my favorite parts of these episodes
It's wonderful to hear that you enjoy these scenes as much as many other fans do.
tom selleck was is and will always be awesome
What's your favorite Tom Selleck role or performance?

My favorite was in season11last episode when Joe Hill called Frank and told him :l love you grandpa😢😢😢
I think the end of the episode where pops suffers a Hart attack and they eat thanksgiving dinner at the hospital should be on this list.
Franks eulogy at the funeral of his partner who lived through 9/11 but died of complications of that day. The final part - the Irish prayer - may the road rise up to meet you - could have been campy, but Tom Selleck made it memorable.

Lisa made it to dinner via video call despite the bullet she took; that’s an incredible moment alone!
1.When Jamie and Eddie realized they had feelings for each other.
2. Eddie saved his life from being shot.
3. Jamie’s standing ovation after being shot in the of duty and discharged from the hospital.

No offense, guys, but hope you make extension atleast add the episode frank saves errin. that scene was peak for a father.
Nailed it with number 1.
Yep. Joe was killed when he was about to "spill the beans" on "The Blue Templer."
The Mother’s Day Episode
As a big fan of this show since I was 12 years old, I'm very sad to see this show go. It's actually one of my favorite cop drama shows, even as a child. 😞😓
👮♀️ Love reliving these Blue Bloods moments, so nostalgic! 🎬
My favorite glad you did a video about it❤
Nailed it with the #1 scene. While the whole series is phenomenal, that lead up and ending was the best of the whole series.
The one where one cop shoots another by mistake. Scene at the end where he and the cops widower hug and cry.
We do love Blue Bloods in this house!
I DESPISE the Kimberly Crawford character! She reminds me of a former principal I used as to work for.
She is awful
I don’t like her either; from day one! I was sorry that Erin decided not to run for DA. I wanted her to defeat Ms. Crawford DECISIVELY!
please don’t hurt my family
My favourite will always be the season 1 finale
Do a video on the Chicago series (m.d., p.d. and fire)
Promoting Assistant Chief in Season 5 and carrying out the info that the deceased was a federal officer; the art of war...EPICCCCC
"FINALLY!" Some #BlueBloods Love on #WatchMojo
They are at their best when the explore the concepts of redemption and forgiveness
Blue bloods is my favorite show
What is it about the show that makes it your favorite?
The dinner table talks
With number 1, Sonny Malevsky has a son, but he's different from his father, and he is repenting his father's crimes even though he lied on his application. But Joe Hill became a cop to honor his father.
Abigail confronting Frank.
Abetemarco confronting Erin.
Jamie being advice from grandfather.
It's Reagan, not Regan.
I suspected that was what #1 was going to be
good movie
Love this show❤
Although many of this show's plot lines seem to be weenie or just far-fetched at times, I readily admit I shall miss this great cop series following this season.
Blue Bloods has undoubtedly made its mark as a beloved cop series.
High Pitch Erik better be on this list
Funny you guys bring the end of blue Templar as 1 it was a cold dark. Frank held nothing back.
Family dinner is key. Just like Dallas
i think the voice over can be removed and just show the 10 scenes please.

'Blue Bloods' is not that popular. It's a decent but mediocre show at best.

Please don’t hurt my family
I love you Ryan
The Sarah Grant episode was disappointing. As a Catholic, Frank should have shown mercy and forgiveness.

It's the same Cop show over and over yes, but the side storyline with all the actors is what makes the show better than any other cop show.
