For anyone who didn't have the auto level option, you can just manually jog the x and y to the corners to level your bed. Prepare -> Move Axis -> X Axis: Use the knob to jog to each corner etc.

I just got an Ender 5 Pro for my son similar to the one that our robotics team has. We have been EXTREMELY frustrated with the lack of instructions that it came with. Putting the frame together was easy to follow and quick, but after that it was a nightmare (the software part was also easy, no issues). The black and white instruction manual was blurry and of no help in connecting the cables and in which way to route them. We had to connect, disconnect, reconnect, and repeat this over and over several times. Luckily, I have a nice supply of zip ties. (Side Note: We have been picking the brains of several mentors from the robotics team, but we limit our questions as they are busy) The instructions on how to level the bed were very basic, VERY! It did not explain the direction of the adjusters or bed leveling past the paper spacing. We did not know about the end stop contact piece (this is going to be a game changer). We are still having issues with getting a good flow and print. Most of the projects that we have done have gaps and looks like mudding drywall, almost like it is down too far. But we have tried adjusting in several directions multiple times and have had no success. After watching your video, I wish I had tried to find videos earlier. YOU ARE FANTASTIC!!!!! You have very simple and clear instructions with great visuals. This gives us a little more hope in getting a better print. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!

Thanks for doing this, as a noob to 3d printing with an ender5 pro watching this was very helpful. Also thanks for the consideration you put into your work and this video. Little things like noticing that the viewer wouldn't see when you do something offscreen is great. Keep up the awesome work.

To get all 4 wheels of Y axis gripping the rail, loosen the two screws that hold the wheel bracket to the X axis rail. This will allow you to adjust the two inner eccentric nuts to get a firm grip on all four wheels. When that's done, you can adjust the wheels on the other Y axis. Then go back and tighten the two screws on the first wheel bracket on the X axis.

I have just bought an Ender 5 pro, this is my first 3D printer and I assembled it as per the instructions and took advice from the many videos on you tube but I was still having problems with my prints, layers were being missed, details were not being printed at all and I was getting really bad adhesion to the bed and the extruder was clicking. I tried many work throughs including removing the filament and retrying but could not seem to solve the problems, I was using the filament supplied with my printer. I changed my filament because of a colour preference and all my problems were resolved, I am getting much better prints now. I now love my Ender 5 although I was on the verge of sending it back. So don’t think that the problems are something that you have done or haven’t done it could be just that the filament supplied with your machine is a far inferior quality. Enjoy!

It's much more user friendly if we are able to go to the playlist and choose videos based off of reviews, quick start guides, build guides, etc. Good luck and keep up the great work.

My heat plate came with a clear yellow tape holding the wiring in place to the solder point. It seems blatantly obvious that it should be removed, but nothing says so, and nobody shows it. Did you encounter this??? Signed- I don't trust the obvious.

@@BenEBrady I won't comment on that...we sell bltouch as well. There are some cases where your bed is dished/warped and you either need to completely swap it or use abl to utilize the whole build surface. I have them on about half of my printers, only because I fall into the lazy category. They are absolutely not required, and I hate seeing people overpay for an abl that isn't even going to address the issue they're dealing with in many cases.

@@Jason-yn6oy I really don't understand what you mean by Auto Bed Leveling. To actually level the bed you have to physically rotate the knobs to MOVE the bed. A BL touch CAN'T move the bed. So what am i missing here?
