    what about a smoothie for breakfast? Is that OK or is it better to have hot food?

      Hi, Hope you are doing great..Cold foods are indigestible and damaging to the digestive fire. Frozen fruit is mainly used in making quick smoothis, it lacks prana and damages the health of agni, the metabolic fire. And also smoothies have wrong food combinations, not every food goes with every other food. If you are careful with these and make smoothies from the right foods that are in room temperature then its ok to have smoothies for kapha

    Your videos have been really helpful , Samyuktha. Thanks a bunch. Being hypothyroidic ( Hashimoto) and having bleeding issue due to fibroids, could you please add suggestion how do we choose Kapha diet other than chick peas, millets and lemon in this video. Some additional list will be appreciated :)

    What to do if I have a kapha desease, but my Dosha is vata? I’m really confuse about the way I should it in this case. Winter is coming and I usually suffer with my skin, so I have been eating according to my dosha. I have cataract and glaucoma (4 surgeries during my life). Thank you as always!!!     Hello, thank hoy very much.
    I have a question regarding cooking with polyinsaturated fats like sesame oil or sunflower, etc. Doesn't It get damaged with Heat turning It into a damaged fatty acids and a damaging food? Is not cooking with satured fat like coconut, butter or ghee better?
    I have this doubt I Will be pleased if you help me.

    Hi..I have done my nadi pariksha..Where I got to know that I have kapha dosha. According to my height i'm over weight..But I cannot eat chickpea..As I get acidity very easily..Can I have black gram instead of white one.?
