In the documentary-movie "Robin Williams - Come inside my mind" his first wife said that they were divorced and then Robin fell in love with the nanny and got married to her.
Whenever he mentions his daughter in anything you can really tell from his expression and his slight gaze into his own mind that he really, really loves her. He can express many voices and many expressions but his love for his family is the best he ever accomplished. Great man and a great father.
You can never be replaced Robin, and thank you for the years of laughs and making us forget our own problems, if but for a little while, every time we took the moment to watch you on Tv or in one of your movies, Rip and may you find your smile again...

This man is a great actor and a great comedian. Anybody who makes spiteful remarks on this man's character should have a really good look at themselves. Please show some respect to this lovely soul. I saw many distasteful comments on TH-cam and was saddened and/or angered by it. People have imperfections and that's what makes us an interesting human race. R.I.P. Mr. Robin Williams.

I had to choose just one place to leave my comment for this great man. took some time but I think I always knew it had to be here. his humanity, his sorrow, his joy just pulsates out of this 6 minutes. so sad he has gone... RIP RW xxx
Ben Williams I think you're overstating things, a lot of 'normal' people commit suicide all the time and a lot of brilliant or 'unique' people don't commit suicide and are reasonably happy. Darwin, Hawking, Einstein, Feynman and many others like them who were even more 'unique' than Mr. Williams never committed suicide even though they were on a level most people will never achieve. It's the feeling of loneliness and the skewed perception people have of 'funny' people. People tend to think comedians are comedians all the time, so eventually comedians feel they have to live up to that, even when they don't feel like it. That can mess anyone up. Imagine feeling sad because your dog died and people around you tell you: "be zany, do something funny". When you really don't feel like it. You have to meet these expectations for the rest of your life, and it doesn't get easier when you get older. Especially when your private life gets exposed to the public. The truth is that only he knows why he didn't want to live anymore. And I'm pretty sure the last thing he thought was about how 'unique' he was.
Robin Williams brought so much happiness and laughter into our home, for decades. It's almost like he was a member of our family. I honestly feel like we lost a favorite uncle. It's been a few days since his passing, and I still feel heart broken. I did not feel this sense of disconnection with the passing of other celebrities, I can't imagine what his family must be feeling. Like my wife said, it's sad to realize, that he is longer out there, making people laugh. Thank God for TH-cam. Anytime I need a laugh or to be cheered up, I will just simply type his name in the search engine, and sit back, and laugh as long as I want to. God Bless Robin and his family. And thanks for all the laughs!!!
It's not enough for this man that he's one of the funniest humans to ever walk the earth, he also has to be able to grow a truly EPIC beard? Thanks, Mr. Williams, for taking all the awesome for yourself.
