Absolutely here for the follow along videos! I have a standing bag in my home office, and I'm usually going back and forth between it and your videos anyway.

Looks great! Thank you for the content. Is there a heavy bag session planned in the future? I bought one for me and my kids to work on stuff but I'm a wrestler not a striker so I'm a bit lost on how to fully utilize the bag.

Hello Gabriel Varga. I'm a shorter fighter and I've always tried relying on feints and head movement to land my jabs and overhands. I think it's better for me to get closer and throw hooks and change between body and head (dutch style) as I saw from your video on how short fighters should fight. I'm currently doing Muay Thai, however since I'm about 6-7 months in, I'm sparring boxing only due to my kicks not being developed yet. I've studied fighters like Roberto Duran, Ramon dekkers and other inside fighters to try and improve my inside fighting. I am however worried that once I do start sparring with kicks, knees and clinch I may develop bad habits from boxing that don't transfer well to muay thai. Do you have any tips to develop an inside fighting game with kicks and knees involved? Once again, appreciate your videos

Hey Gabriel, i find difficulty using my rearhand in sparring. Somehow I forget it can punch, or I find hard to set up or land right hand punches. Got any good tips for improving? Stance or angle changes maybe😅
