I came for the house tour, but stayed for the music. This track is dope!!! The house looks great too! 😁

Are Canadian houses typically this massive?

Can anyone tell me why these houses don't have any curtains or blinds when they are clearly over looked and have so much glass? Is it because its just been refurbished and they expect the purchaser will add the soft furnishings?

To let in light and make it seem bigger than it is. All birdhouse media fans hate those glass railings, tom ford books, wooden beads and Scottish cow prints. Beginning to hate the old Hollywood theme.

the boxy modern homes in my neighborhood don't have any curtains, you can fully see everything that's in and going on within the home at all times when passing by, its really strange. Vain??

Do a lot of Canadians rent out their basement suites?

Not at this price point. This looked to be an older kids room. Likely would be a guest room or for a nanny

The layout is so good and most of the design choices ruin it! Would have been a gorgeous home if less modern, more transitional, and get rid of those dang glass railings!

I hate those darn railings. This is a traditional house, needs traditional but polished finishes.

for me its the furnishing is so bland and clashed and "cookie cutter" these interior designers/homeowners have horrible taste for having so much money to play with. ridiculous.
the kitchen/living space and front bathroom are best parts of the house for sure.

@@Seannyskillz, some hire professional stagers and they sometimes use what the homeowners have. This one is a miss. Would be better off empty and let the potential buyers dream about furniture placement.
