The glass stair rails are horrible to keep clean. The open risers on the staircases means you hear everything on every floor. I had a house similar to this and it's not as easy to live in as it is to look at.

not every house has the ideal layout....maybe zoning laws made it this way? maybe there were old trees that were blocking when they initially built? so many variables to guess from but that's the way this house is.
Really typical. Checks all the boxes. The projector instead of an actual TV (which is so dumb for that size btw), non gas range, and that ugly fireplace that's in every modern home nowadays.. meh

I'd replace them with metal railings if I own that house. Glass looks nice for a railing but not safe especially for kids.

The house sits too far back on the plot, the front yard should never be larger than the backyard.
