The backyard space is also small. What I liked most was the colors of the house inside and out and the proximity to the lake.
It has a *few* nice details inside and out and even it's own elevator (I bet the only house in the neighborhood to have one) but if - as stated below - this is $3.5 Million it is not worth it. The front door opens directly into the tiny living room. No grand entrance hall. This is what you would expect in a small townhouse selling for a fraction of the price. The back yard is miniscule so no great outdoor living space. For $3.5 Million? I'll take a pass thanks

Most people see homes as an investment. You'll pay 1 mil now, but you'll sell the home at 1.4 mil in the future. Our house market will collapse soon.

I liked some elements in the house but not all. Too many sharp edges. The staging seemed incomplete for such a luxurious property.
