4.7M for this one. For comparison, 530 Douglas Ave sold for 2.8M back in March. This lot is about 25% bigger, so I guess it's not absolutely terrible value, but definitely below average. Edit: Now that I've seen the video, they cheaped out on a lot of the visible parts of the house. For example, the window frames and sliding doors are basic stuff you see in very basic prebuilds, very basic light switches and power plugs, etc. Those are not what I'd expect to see in an almost 5M house, and honestly I wouldn't trust the quality of the build itself based on that.

Can you tell the kids to stop flicking the lights on and off. Seriously.. we get it. Dark floors are ugly and already dated for such a modern house design.

some spaces seem haphazard. The mid-landing office space and the exercise space (certainly not a room) are very dissonant to me.
