Happen to see on the screen and hear the Trooper yesterday mention that 3 point turn that Karen made turning around with John before getting to 34 Fairview? He called it a 3 point turn straight up. Hmmm They missed the street and it looked a lot like the turn around and reverse that Trooper Paul claims was when she hit him with the vehicle. I don't think so Expert Trooper Paul.🤔
She left her phone at home.

Well it's time for the Defence case now with their own experts. I know one thing. The prosecution did not meet the burden beyond a reasonable doubt. Especially not the intent for second degree murder. Their case was a complete mess!

A complete and utter WASTE of time…(8 weeks!) And accomplished absolutely NOTHING from the CW. Yet, I heard the judge tell the jurors, they should be wrapping up and getting to deliberations next week. I’m sure the Jury will be relieved to not have to be any part of this entire charade once this is finally over.

Or did I NOT hear the medical examiner say that OJO had any broken ribs from life the attempted saving measures…🤔🤔 He was a fairly big guy… which would require quite a bit of force for chest compressions. Yet, there wasn’t. That’s just very odd to me. Statistically, (and especially in the condition of which he was found) there’s typically some damage to the ribs with CPR. Shits just bonkers. And just doesn’t add up in the least.

The incidence of rib fractures after CPR is reported in over 70% of CPR cases, with a mean number of 7.6 broken ribs per person. PERIOD!
John’s phone shows 36 steps (or 85 feet) taken at 12:32am, yet Karen is connected to the Wi-Fi at John’s house by 12:36am. Google maps says it’s a 6 to 7 minute drive between the homes (in good weather).
Well that night it was anything but "good weather". Blizzard and wind.

Everything about this is a mystery. i still don't know what to think for sure either way. idk, is it possible she hit him -his head only, without realizing it, he staggered around for a bit, she drove home too fast [weather not too bad yet] and a stray or neighborhood dog bit at and scratched him as he lay outside? But this does not answer why all of those people did not see him laying out there. + Those cuts just don't seem to be at all from the suv. + if his arm was hit by the car, it does seem his arm and torso would have much worse damages. If he went in the basement and there was a fight and he was hurt badly by accident; including maybe he staggered out the back stairs, why did his phone stop at 1232? this whole thing is a mystery. am glad am not on the jury.

Not another cop who left out information to give to the defense. How do you look into some phones and not the phone of Jennifer MCabe who was with Karen Read before and after the body was found and was related to the people in the home where the body was found. Why did he not look at her phone?

I didn't understand why he was laughing and not answering questions.
He sounded very unprofessional, arrogant many times during his cross examination, reminded me of Jennifer McCabe.

Her voicemails do not demonstrate any awareness of having hit Officer John O'Keefe with her vehicle. They reveal an anger typical of a feuding couple.
He didn't go home left her again babysitting his niece and nephew. I'd be mad thinking here we go again. She has no kids why babysit his adopted children.
Or any awareness of where she apparently dropped him off 30 mins prior to leaving the messages...Oh my soul..

IMO, there were so many intoxicated people leaving and coming from the Albert’s house that night, anyone could have hit John O’keefe. Did the investigators check all their vehicles for any damage? I’m also questioning the phone data guy that talked about the number steps John took and such once on Fairview. What about the 3 flight of stairs that he mentioned. Where were those stairs that John took on Fairview,, hmm…..

Watch the testimony before making comments pls. They arrived at the house at 00:24 shown on JOK phone location and 1 min later at 00:25 JOK phone stopped moving until after 6 in the morning when they found it underneath his body. He never went into that house!

I agree and yes, I've watch many, many cases from every state. Massachusetts should be embarrassed and liberated that the corruption is being exposed
There’s something about this judge that’s off; can’t quite describe it but she’s definitely off-putting. Also, KR’s demeanor and various media comments is off- she’s too arrogant and above all else, does not have any regard whatsoever for what the O’Keefe’s are going through. The grief his family, who are in the courtroom daily, are experiencing is heartbreaking and I pray for them to have the truth and have a measure of peace so they can turn the page for future days… the kids 💔… (JO’s niece and nephew)… I pray they are in therapy and if so, I hope it’s helping. This is all just such a tragedy. RIP John O’Keefe.

A “normal” couples argument doesn’t include hitting your significant other with your vehicle- intentionally and within a fit of anger. She may have not meant to kill him but good intentions weren’t the main theme of that action. I understand she’s fighting for her life but apparently, so was he. I am not saying she’s guilty of killing him. I am not saying she’s innocent either. What I said is her demeanor is arrogant and she hit him with her vehicle. In her hubris, she has not exuded any regard for his family, nor him. “Normally” if you suspect your partner is not being faithful to you and you no longer trust them, one would just break from the relationship and ensure the partner is alive and unharmed when doing so. Not hitting him with your vehicle and taking off in a fit of anger that had been simmering for at least that entire day. I mean, who does that?! Apparently, KR does. How about just having a conversation when heads cool off, like “normal” couples do. What she did was certainly not normal by any logical and moral means.

It wasn't premeditated, I don't think she wanted him dead? But in a moment of rage ? That's what happened. Why do you think she called him right after? At first , praying to God he answered and was still alive. When she realized he wasn't answering? She started covering her own tracks. People have KR mapped out all wrong. While I do not believe she meant to kill him? I do believe her methods she took after she hit him , were calculated.
If she killed him and was trying to cover it up she wouldn’t have left him nasty voicemails and she wouldn’t have suggested she hit him the next day. Her voicemails actually prove she didn’t know he was hurt or dead and was upset because he hadn’t answered or came home. She thought he was cheating on her.

Not at all. Undetermined can be anything. I always thought Chloe the dog jumped on him, scratched his arm, and he fell back and hit his head hard. Remember Brian Albert took the dog out. The dog was just on the other side of that fence and can get out at times. That would be the same direction right down where John was.
No DNA for a dog was found though from the CW...who's expert testified to me it looks like the blade maybe from the snow plow? Or her car idfk

The more I watch this trial the more I lean in favor of the defense. I have a theory though, what if the DA knows that they don't have a case, and that there is some merit to the Defense's argument; but instead of throwing the LEO's under the bus, given that they have to work with them on a daily basis, they instead allow the trial to go on. With the Justice Department also investigating, it would only be a matter of time before the folks at the party fall under the microscope.
I was wondering the same thing because of how a lot of the testimony is going, as well as how the prosecution almost seems to be handing them the win.
Could be however dirty cops don't belong I'm uniform. The DA has no integrity not to out them its their job. I have no doubt it's a cop cover up. Shame on the departments they work for that they haven't been fired. The lies are never ending.

Curious if ME would check JO’s face for skin cells belonging to someone that could have punched JO. If he was in a fight I doubt gloves were used. If his face was wiped clean, no touch dna that would be weird as well.

The broadcast voice mail featured, was quite plainly, "John, where the f*** are you?". It's also quite obvious that the voice mails aren't rage but FEAR. What is wrong with people that they can't distinguish the two?

GPS tracking isn't that accurate. We have 3 phones in our household with location sharing turned on, and sometimes my family members' phones ping on the patio or on the lawn, when in reality they are all charging on the kitchen counter. Also, GPS location isn't constant, it usually updates every few seconds or minutes, and if it can't get enough GPS signals to calculate the new location it will continue to report the last location. This is why in aviation GPS is not considered precise enough to allow an aircraft to land if the runway is obscured by clouds etc.

They got in an argument... he got out, he chucked the glass at her car, (hense the small dent and scratches and glass on bumber) she then floored it in reverse... if he is right handed you step forward with your left, he slipped (drunk and icy conditions) as he was getting up she hit him and either the vehicle or the curb did the damage to the skull... if he did not die instantly my guess is he tried to crawl. I agree that they do look like dog scratches or bites, but if they did in fact have a retired police dog, they are also trained to pull unresponsive people to safety, or any neighborhood dog could have scratched. About Karen why not focus on her car going in reverse that night ; messages how her voice changes from night before to the morning when she realizes what she did she murdered him when she was evil drunk. That’s how evil get into people who don’t have God in their lives.
