PLEASE do a shallow style tank. Your shallow Beta setup with the peace lilly "island" was one of my favorite builds. There's something unique about shallow tanks and its been a while since you've done one! :) Love your work! Keep it up!

Instead of putting nano tanks, you should actually put a big shallow river tank in that place. That'll be an eyecatcher whenever you enter the studio. And then alongside a wall have 5 different nano tank setups. But I like how everything is working out so far. Looks amazing, you're really an amazing aquascaper.

I like this one. Just got that aquatic compost and nutribase and trying your method to build my new tank for neocaridina shrimp. So far so good, the plants growing really well! I think even better than with aquasoil. Thanks for sharing!
Haven't had a tank in 15 years but i like to watch your vids. Back then over here an aerator was a common thing to put in a aquarium, haven't seen you using it once. Guess the heavily planted tanks are providing enough for the fish.
I’m here as I have the 30 litre version but I’m looking to go bigger (60l) as one of my fish was pregnant and I went from five fish to now 17! Great tank and very inspirational!
Did you ever make the switch mate? Seen some bad reviews on the 60l one and wanted to see if you’d had any issues? People said their fish get sucked into the filter, and that the glass randomly shatters
Love that tank and those killis! They are generally top and middle level swimmers but like more subdued lighting so might end up lower level swimmers in your set up.
I love the rocket killifish. Have a male with 2 females at home and would like to get them to breed. Which I am sure they are doing already, but the shrimp or snails or pigmy corydoras are probably eating their eggs. Beautiful fish and they stay so small, lovely.
I love how you said you weren't liking the rack system, and now you have The Wall, lol. I know this was months ago but I'm curious if the kilifish bred, since mine laid their eggs in the water lettuce, their preferred way.

I have a pair of clown killi fish and they spawned for me 👍🏻 I am glad you have a lid because they call them rockets for a reason “ jumpers” nice build

another great MD Fishtank. you might have forgotten to show one of the ïmportant features about this tank, you can "hide" the heater in/behind the filter ( i know youy dont use so maybe thats why you forgot / didnt mention it )
Beautiful scape as always. Like how its always without co2. And I enjoy whenever you show us those older scapes, because maintaining it is always abit tough. My 5 year old betta tank, that looked great from a distance, had dirt/algae up along the corners, and it hasnt been able to clean up properly before I emptied it some days ago, cleaned it with a lemon and rescaped it. Now its pure shrimp tank, but thinking about some killis in there. If my son wants to😊 its now his instead. Followed your advice, and have some Floatplants too this time. Even putting some water from a local pond in there too, for some creatures that wont come by themselves, and it will help the cycling and make the water quality better, hopefully. Or there will be parasites 😂 but make or break. Im sure its fine, since thats how many people had fish tanks in the past. Thanks for an inspiring channel.
Great scape. Have you ever considered a flooded forest look with vertical sticks? Myself and other hobbyists where I live watch every video and would love to see your attempt at this. Perhaps a future consideration...lol. Cheers
I bought this aquarium a month ago, only 30 liters. And faced with such a problem that I began to lose fish and shrimp. Since the volume of the aquarium is small and the fish are few, it was not difficult to notice the disappearance. The reason was the filter, namely in the lower part of the filter housing has a hole for the filter cable twice as big as the cable, fish and shrimp swam into the filter and died. I just want to warn you that you need to modify this filter a little if you have small fish and shrimp.
What an awesome build! I like it very, very much! You mentioned of perhaps setting up a bowl on that long table. It would be really epic if you’d set up a really big no filter bowl between the nano’s you might set up on there. Just food for thoughts. Awesome build mate! Cheers 😊👌🏽👌🏽
Your ramshorn tank looks like my tank. Although mine was supposed to have Molly fish in there (still does), but I counted 41 snails earlier, and those were just the ones near the algae waffer I put in yesterday. Fortunately, my local pet store confirmed I can bring them the extra snails if I want to. Might have to if I see ammonia spikes.
Love that tank and plans to put more on that table space will be beautiful. Im looking forward to your bowl scape I really want to do a bowl as well different from my other tanks.

Hey MD - PRE wash your gravel and substrate! It will cut down dramatically on the dust in your water when you first fill up! Then use a little API aqua clear to get the rest! :)
Wow so stunning! You're putting those fish right after you setup the aquarium, how do you know that there won't be any dangerous NO3, NO2 or similar spikes? I did setup a tank and even with a brand new filter, JBL biotopol and denitrol the water got cloudy and the NO3 and N02 exploded... changed the water now it is slightly better... No animals yet in the tank, only some plants.. with a dying anubias mini (I wrote a comment in another video about that :D)

Rocket killi are so cool but I never had any luck with them for some reason. I had a couple jump and also they'd swim so deep into dense plant growth that they'd get stuck and die if I didn't notice or was unable to free them in time 😪

Hi MD, nice stuff you have here. I have a question though, these plants you put in your tanks already huge like the microsorum in that centerpiece. Do they ever melt in your tanks like to adjust or something to submerged form or they just continue growing. They are always perfect looking. I have had bad experience with these java ferns as what i always get are a lot of plantlets but never the mother plant growth.
I for a fact love that no matter which country you belong to or which culture or age Boys/Men throw the instruction manual after opening something. Edit: We need update on molly and swordtail babies MD c'mon mate.
Hi MD, you the coolest aquascaper i know and your tanks always blow my mind away when finished. I have a question though. Does your java ferns die off when you put big ones like this you used here or they just continue growing nicely from the shop? I have had many failure's in the past with this plant. All the time i buy them they just give plantlets from the leafs and never grow.

Wow so stunning! You're putting those fish right after you setup the aquarium, how do you know that there won't be any dangerous NO3, NO2 or similar spikes? I did setup a tank and even with a brand new filter, JBL biotopol and denitrol the water got cloudy and the NO3 and N02 exploded... changed the water now it is slightly better... No animals yet in the tank, only some plants.. with a dying anubias mini (I wrote a comment in another video about that :D)

Awsome scape MD My superfish 60 cube arrived today but the lid was smashed to bits inside so ive got a replacement coming today, also where was the screw bracket bit to attach the light ????????
That tank came out amazing. Unfortunately in the USA it is very hard to even find SuperFish aquariums.
I was thinking about this tank for the kitchen - would you use a background if it was up against the wall on the worktop or just leave them all sides clear like yours? The result is very good. Thanks

I like cubic tank. This is very beautiful, with right volume. But the filter looks almost undersized , isn't it?
Designed quite well. Would you be interested in designing a cube tank housing rabbit snails/Tiger Spike Chopstick Snail/sparkling gourami/honey gourami with plants as the centerpieces (soil in bags under a sand substrate)?
Rocket killi are so cool but I never had any luck with them for some reason. I had a couple jump and also they'd swim so deep into dense plant growth that they'd get stuck and die if I didn't notice or was unable to free them in time 😪

Hi MD what super fish light do you use on ur 4ft tanks? I’ve been looking for theses lights but can’t seem to find a model that’s big enough for 120cm tank? And also are the dimmable lights? Ps: your tanks are amazing I started the hobby after watching your videos amazing work, and now your new formula of pond soil is very interesting and will give it a try

Hi MD, nice stuff you have here. I have a question though, these plants you put in your tanks already huge like the microsorum in that centerpiece. Do they ever melt in your tanks like to adjust or something to submerged form or they just continue growing. They are always perfect looking. I have had bad experience with these java ferns as what i always get are a lot of plantlets but never the mother plant growth.

Hi MD, you the coolest aquascaper i know and your tanks always blow my mind away when finished. I have a question though. Does your java ferns die off when you put big ones like this you used here or they just continue growing nicely from the shop? I have had many failure's in the past with this plant. All the time i buy them they just give plantlets from the leafs and never grow.
