    Mam please do some yoga poses or a sequence which can cure and decreasing serum creatinine levels in kidneys and please do a simple yoga video on kidneys health lowering creatinine levels which would help many patients dealing with chronic kidneys problems with pranayam also please mam... please

    On the day of pranayama practice do we need to incorporate few more asanas ??

      Hi Jyotsna, for the pranayama practice itself, the warmup we do in the session is enough. However, it you do want to do a longer session, you can pick up one of the daily yoga practice videos and add that before the pranayama.
