I know this is an old video. I recently began some pretty intensive Psychadelic Intergration Therepy for my PTSD. My P.I. coach recommended Yoga Nidra. On top of the trauma; I'm in law school with two finals in the upcoming 4 days. I was having a panic attack for over 8 hours, with less than 15 minutes without a panic attack. I have to study atleast 4 more hours. This was so helpful. I can't thank you enough ❤❤❤

Hello Ally 🤍 I really enjoyed this nidra. It brought me a totally new experience for some reason. I think first time in my life I felt totally focused and present at each second. I had a very powerful sensation of energy and buzzing in the brain and the eyes were rapidly moving, however the consciousness stayed completely present and focused, almost hyper focused on your words and guidance without any tension in the body or breath. Just wow. I didn’t know yoga nidra can be this too, as mostly my awareness either drifts partially with the relaxation or the mind is just completely all over the place and I constantly have to invite the body to release the tension. Thank you for your guidance and wisdom that you share through your trainjng and here on TH-cam as well. I really love this journey together 🙏🏼🤍🧘🏼♀️ Namaste, Veronika

I felt a subtle excitement beaming in my stomach as I went through the body scan with the Earth mantra. It's a dream of mine to be radiant and grounded with Earth's energy and I could feel that this was carrying me to that. I was doing it! I felt safe to allow all the sensations that were arising from this practice because it was all under the umbrella of grounding and balancing. I'm grateful for this practice and grateful for this resource that resonates with me as I am. 🙏Thank you, Ally.

So calming and peaceful. I had a warmer on the back of my body, I used an essential oil called Peace and Calming to breath in at the start and I could smell this at the end when I turned to my side. Very grounding and soothing for me. Thanks Ally ~ Sue YTT
