How to Change a Reverse Cable on a 2007 Sea Doo Wake 215 and Similar Models

I will be showing you how to change a broken or malfunctioning reverse cable on a Sea Doo Wake 215.
This method is similar on skis that have the manual reverse lever.
You need only basic mechanical skills, some basic tools, and a bit of patience to get this accomplished.
Save yourself a few hundred dollars and do this yourself!

This is a well done video. Thank you. Does the lock nut, or any part of the install require silicone to prevent water penetration or loctite?

@@user-yn2dz7hh7x I did not use any silicone or loctite! The parts used in the reverse cable mechanism are designed to minimize water entry.
