Excellent video. The brown wire from the aem wideband should be tapped into a sensor ground. Your wideband gauge and hondata should match with little to no voltage offset.
@@RuskiRedneck on Hondas and Acura it's usually the green/yellow or green/white wire. You can check your map/tps/iat sensors verify the color there. Sensor grounds are ground outputs from the ECU to isolate the signal from the body.

To your transmission question . Oem bearings , syncrotech carbon syncros, gear x or bf gear usa set with your preferences differential.
If I do gear x 1-4 and oem 5th and 6th would I need different synchros?
You can use a normal 3 piece syncro
