Same thing happened to my fuel syatem. I just took the L and bought a new pump. Issue fixed. The original one was defective but I had it sitting for over a year so couldn't do anything warranty wise. As far as the throttle body, just keep it stock. Throttle bodies dont add much power anyways and being turbo, the throttle body isnt a restriction. Air is flowing through it in great quantity.
Thnx for your info about throttle body. They're expensive, but if what you said is true I will be skipping out on it and saving a few hundred bucks. People say you even need a larger throttle body for all motor which is just.... excessive imo. I don't think I'll need to upgrade my throttlebody size +8 mm in order to make 240 whp.......
i would suggest checking the bulkhead of the fuel pump housing, if it has a an line for the feed the fuel might be leaking from the bulkhead back into the tank. thats what happened to my friends fg2 civic
And the fuel pressure loss could be the actual connection from the fuel pump to the actual tube that feeds the fuel inside the tank. You should definitely use ptfe hose with otieker clamps
I'm dealing with the same oil issue with a k24 swap sidewinder I originally had the drain on the oil pan then heard that was to low of an area for the oil return. Then I tried the timing cover drain by the tensioner still no luck. Come to find out I noticed my JDM k24a has quite a bit of blow by through the oil cap but she never burns oil so odd. Anyway I took the setup off until I figure out another route. I do know journal bearings turbos dont really need a oil restriction unless your oil pressure is very high. So being that your buddys tsx has ball Bearing turbo setup those need no more then 40 psi oil pressure so a oil pressure regulator from turbo smart might help out if not need more ventilation or dry sump very expensive

What does a setup like this cost and how reliable it is once it's in. I have pretty much the same car with the same mods but NA. I'm curious what is the best way to boost for daily driving without losing AC or have frequent issues.
Since he has the hard wire, going to the fuel pump, it might not be getting the proper voltage It’s possible that might be causing the issue when it runs out of fuel
Help me to select the right set up for my tsx please, i want you to tune my car too please, i like the way you work and all your knowledge I don't know a trust tuner aroun I live in utah hopefully you can help me, blesses
Very common for the j37 to play up with oem based ecu since their current draw is higher than stock. J35 tb doesn't have this issue. Don't replace the j37. Replace the motor in it with the oem one. Done!
The world needs more turbo TSX!
I plan to turbo mine eventually lol
@@nicklepickle6369 hell yeah 🔥🔥
Thanks for all the VTEC content 😊

I've had a breand new pump right out of the box fail on me. Symptoms looked just like this. It was an AEM unit though.
Preach no reason for the zdx anymore

I'll bet my money on a kinked hose inside the pump housing 😅 please nick keep us updated on the fuel issue if you can😊

I would love to see this vs a stock 10th gen accord with a stage 2 tune ❤

I’ve got k24 turbo Merkur xr4ti with bmw 8 speed gearbox
Is there a way to run flashpro on jdm CL7 Euro R, it has cable throttle? Is it possible to change to drive by wire throttle using TSX parts?
Hi Nick,is there anyway i can contact u for advise?
Make sure the pump is ran on a relay, most of the times voltage drops makes it drop fuel pressure
Wondering if it's a chi pump
Do you do remote tuning?
He doesn't
pump maybe defected
