I think the producers need to stop letting people who have been sent home come back. They did in Hannah B’s season, Peter’s with Alayah, and this season with Bennett and now Ben. I think it undermines the lead’s decisions and it’s just flat out boring because odds are the lead sends them home again. It prevents the season’s storyline from moving on.
completely agree. it also leaves me with a bad impression of the contestants who come back, like they can't respect the lead's decision, even though ultimately i know it's more the producers' doing than the contestants'

All 3 dates were terrible, even by COVID standards. They could have rented nice tents and set them up in the desert or even a lux tour bus instead of the airstream. The suite she had with Zac didn’t seem much better than her regular suite. The ice bath was cruel, as was the ring shopping. The body paint was ok, but not in the middle of a courtyard.
I agree, the ice bath seemed like something they'd do on the first couple of dates. They did them all so dirty..
Crappy dates the whole season but especially last night. Poor Ivan... ice bath and an air stream. Zac's date was a lot sexier but it was still pretty weird. I wonder if Brendon was a little overwhelmed by all that bling or just as bored as I was.
I've been to Palm Springs and there's lots of interesting places to go to out in nature around there where they could have kept the social distancing. They managed to make Palm Springs look like the most boring place on earth.

I have a feeling she’s going to dump Ivan. Then dump Ben at final 2 (ouch) and choose Zac. Ivan, Brendan, and Ben have been interviewed on the Bachelor podcast and Zac hasn’t. Zac’s family posts a lot of support for him on social media (“team clarky” anyone), I couldn’t imagine posting about that if there were a painful breakup that painted Zac in a bad light (think about Jed’s family who stayed on the DL).
I agree with your predictions but Ben has actually been interviewed by Rachel and Becca on the bachelor podcast.
From the finale previews, the shots of Ivan are just from the rose ceremony. Meanwhile, Ben and Tayshia are shown in the daytime hanging out.
So I'm sure Ivan gets eliminated leaving Ben and Zac.
She obviously picks Zac as she's the most into him. And he reciprocated her feelings in the most open way.

@@AndreaIngham I think with Brendan leaving it was already kind of obvious. If the final two were Zac and Brendan I think it would've been a much harder decision for her.
Did you notice Tayshia didn't want to invite him in, he just went in. She just wanted to stand in the corridor, he pushed to get in further. She didn't want to sit down, he asked to sit. She didnt want to hold his hand, he insisted. Ehhh not feeling it. I liked Bennett, but I'm like once you're gone, you're gone and that includes you too Ben. This whole comeback thing is whack.
Everyone keeps talking about Ivan’s trailer and how the show did him dirty but sometimes the most uncomfortable horrific situations are the most memorable. You can have the most amazing night in a trailer with one guy but the worst night having a gourmet meal over looking paradise island with another . It’s who you are with not where you are
Producers were pure evil last night. That "date" with Brendan and Tayshia was no date. That was a scare tactic & manipulation to make Brendan question whether he wants to be there or not. They wanted him to feel an immense amount of pressure to get engaged and ultimately it scared him off and made him rethink his choices. I feel so bad for him. I'm a little disappointed in Tayshia for being mad at him. Why would she think he'd be happy with that kind of date and not feel tons of pressure? She's been married & divorced. She should put herself in his shoes and realize how manipulative that was. Overall, terrible episode and I guess the producers got the drama they wanted at Brendon's expense. 😑😒
It's better that it happens like this rather than Tayshia stringing Brendan along only for him to refuse to propose at the end and leave Tayshia heartbroken.
@@CrazyJJB why does it *have* to end in a proposal? In the real world, you'd just keep dating and getting to know each other without the immense pressure. Neither of them need that pressure since they've both been married before. If Clare was able to break the rules, then Tayshia should be able to leave the show in a relationship with one of these men and without the pressure of an engagement. 🤷♀️
100% Right!!! Tashiaya planned on dumping Brendan! It was so obvious! I hated the way she ACTED like she was choked about Brendan's decision! It's the first time I noticed a personality change in her. Like she's so "Special" and how dare Brendan dump her, because she's the one that should do the dumping! When she walked all the other's out she took their hand...but not Brendan's! She's turning into a "Diva" just like Racheal did! Speaking of...she begged the Producers to Not pick Peter to be the next Bachelor!!! Yeah!!! And Tayshia's baby talk at times is getting on my nerves! And about her divorce, she had No business talking about her ex on National television! There is Always two sides, some not as bad, but two sides!!!
@@kaylan2083 I don't think it has to end in a proposal, we have had multiple seasons that didn't end in a proposal. But, at the end of the day, Zac and Ivan are clearly more committed to Tayshia than Brendan was, and Tayshi deserves commitment. If Brendan wasn't ready for a proposal, he's not a bad person for feeling that way, but he owes it to Tayshia to be honest with her, and if he thought leaving was the right thing to do, then I believe it was for the best in the end.

I think he said during his face reveal that he has a folder on his computer with funny clips that he thinks he'll use eventually, and when the situation comes for it he already has the clips in his back pocket. But I'd imagine since he only limited himself to christmas movies this videos that it was probably more work.

The final four men were all lovely men. Tayshia is one of my favorite bachelorettes. I wish she could have had a full season with them including travel. I hope Tayshia finds happiness.

I don't really like that Chris got all "if you're not ready for an engagement". I'd get it if Tayshia herself had said it but there's nothing wrong with the show ending with a relationship and on a season like this, I could see it leading to more than that. Poor Brendan :(
Why poor Brendan? He led Tayshia on and wasted her time. He had known for a while that he wasn’t healed and wasn’t ready to be engaged but he still let himself get to fantasy suites. Someone needed to call it out.

@@EllieC130 He knew he wasn’t past it and he still decided to go on a show to find love instead of going to therapy and working on himself. From the beginning he knew his heart wasn’t ready and he still let Tayshia fall for him. He didn’t just have a random realization... what he told her is something he already knew for a while and should have told her sooner, frankly he shouldn’t have been there in the first place. A person knows when their heart is ready. If he had strong enough feelings for her he would have stayed and discussed dating her rather than getting engaged if he was the final pick. He didn’t want to be there at all.

I’m honestly irritated with how this is ending. In my opinion, Brendan should of said all that at home towns. He would of went home and Ben would of stayed. It irritates me when people get to the final parts of it and then are like “wait we have to get engaged!?!? I’m not ready” as If that wasn’t the end goal the whole time. But it doesn’t matter cause I’m still team zac!!!!!

Also, I have a feeling Tayshia thought the knock at the door might’ve been Brendan returning and that’s maybe why she looked so hopeful while opening the door but then realized and her face fell flat. My heart.
He didn't want kids his entire life and was resigned to just being an uncle, but suddenly, he meets a girl and wants to have 5 kids with her? I really like Zac but something about that seems... off. You don't just go from not wanting children to being okay with having a big family just by falling in love, and Zac is too old to not know himself yet and what he wants.
He never said his entire life. I think he meant more after his struggles and addiction he kinda he resolved to this "limited" life that seemed easier and now has allowed himself to explore that part. (Not that I think not having kids is limiting! It's just different and he had not allowed himself to explore his wants as after addiction he had to work himself back to just being okay)
You’d be surprised about how meeting the right person can completely change how you feel about children. I had a similar experience
@@lightgivener Hmm, okay. I didn't view it in terms of his addiction but if that's how people interpret it, then that would make more sense to me but I still find it strange. This isn't a "normal" dating process. If Zac met Tayshia, they dated, they were in a relationship for some time and after a while of knowing Tayshia and loving her, he genuinely and wholeheartedly decided that he wants to have children with the woman who he intends to spend the rest of his life with, I'd say that's great. But him deciding this on the show seems... off.
@@ericaoswald3476 Did you have that experience in your late thirties and did you have that experience on The Bachelor after having only known your boyfriend for a few weeks, all while he was dating many other people? I'm not saying it's impossible, under normal circumstances, for a person to meet the right one and change their mind. I'm saying that in a situation like this, where Zac seemingly has fallen in love with Tayshia even though she is not yet in a committed and monogamous relationship with him, Zac has already changed his mind about not wanting kids. It seems disingenuous to me. His revelation that he does want to be a father coincides with his desire to win Tayshia and win the Bachelorette. I do really like Zac but I just find this particular issue to be a red flag. He knows that having kids is a dealbreaker for Tayshia. Nothing's stopping him from making this up as he goes along.

From the beginning I always liked Brendan. He's so sweet and dreamy! (also, weirdly enough, my high school friends cousin?!) but I could tell the end was near when I was paying attention to his expressions, words and actions. He just didn't seem in it. I wonder if he really liked Tayshia but just wasn't ready? Or did he realize he wasn't as into her as he thought? I wish there was a men tell all with the top 4.. Ben is sweet but I think him coming back is a baaadddd move. He just seemed desperate or like the producers told him to come back, just seemed too staged. Ivan grew on me this episode. I've always thought he was just too nice and too perfect but when he expressed his feelings of loved for her i melted!!! As for Zac, this whole season I saw him as a dark horse and never really had an issue with him but this last episode made me take a step back.. something does feel off. So honestly I have no idea how the ending will be. Maybe her dad/family scare her into not choosing anyone just based off of her past. So many she doesnt get engaged but leaves with someone? Cant wait to watch tonight!!

I think the only reason Ben stays for final two is because she doesn't want to make Ivan propose because she really likes him (as a friend). Whereas with Ben she doesn't care if he proposes because he's already made too many mistakes and did not respect her decision to send him home.

WHY would you get on a show like this, stay past Claire, not express your concerns after mass eliminations and then realized “huh this is an engagement show, didn’t think I would make it this far... gotta create an escape plan” like wtf bruh you didn’t think this when hometowns came? I think the producers really, really push an engagement. Occasionally a couple will just date but I think that's when there's a risk of the show ending with no HEA. For example with Colton (ew) and Cassie, where it seemed like an engagement was out of the question so they settled for just dating instead rather than nothing. I think that's why they pushed Peter and Maddie at the end of his season, so it didn't seem like a total fail but it lasted literally a day haha
