    What I've learned in this quarantine is that you must take full advantage of every chance you can train, I have a field about 5 minutes from my house and I barely went there, after this quarantine I will start going there regularly train, play around all kinds of stuff

      Why wait to go, u should go like at 4 or 5 in the morning where no one is there and practice for 2-4 hours than go home and do abs, and push ups, but before everything thing search up yoga stretches and run at least 1-2 miles, I do this everyday and it’s amazing

    4:30 you shouldn't feel bad about having those mess ups on camera Matt! One of the main reasons I love your channel so much is that you humanize professional soccer players, and its a huge confidence boost to see that even pros mess up during practice sometimes. Especially since all we usually see from pros are highlight reels. Keep up the great work :)

    Totally agree with after you've done all the important things for thr day like workouts,training,active recovery,analysis etc. and now have time to do something else or just chill enjoy .

    Matt can you talk a little about a plant based diet. I notice a lot athletes do it. They argue that it is better to cut out the middle man (animal), that way you are directly consuming the nutrients.

      Fifa Fifa yes I have too. This is because of your posture. Due to staying indoors, you may be on or phone a lot or you have a messed up sleep schedule. If it’s the first one then your brain doesn’t get enough blood from your body and the nerves on your neck start to hurt. Second reason might be sleeping on your stomach or on your side. Don’t do this cuz parts of your body especially above your neck do not get enough blood. Yea you’re welcome.

      I'm not Matt ahha but Make sure you are one of the fittest players on the team, be able to contribute to the attack with good crosses and make sure you remember you're main role Definsively in 1 v 1 situations.
