Awesome vid Mr. Pierre! I first saw you on the “Earn Your Leisure” TH-cam channel interview about building a healthcare company. In that, you mentioned you use a consultant company to write your policies, procedures, etc. to get licensed in New York, I believe. I am considering starting a staffing service line in my company and was hoping you could give me an idea of what it may cost to have a consulting company get me licensed. Possibly even recommend a good company for that. Any help or advice is much appreciated and thank you for the information you provided on TH-cam. Hi Karl. I purchased your basic modules for starting my own agency. What questions should I ask my attorneys when I consult with them? I know you want us to consult 3 CPAs and 3 employment attorneys and select one each. Can you please list the questions I should ask for my employment attorney and CPA. Thank you.
Hi. As you know, the basic program doesn't include coaching/mentoring, and questions like these are addressed with clients receiving that level of service. Generally speaking, you should be asking questions related to their experience working with the type of company you have and their overall personality, their rates for services, and really looking for someone that you feel comfortable with. Are they responsive. Rude, kinda, competent in your state. Do they have other clients in the same space. Anything longer than 5-15 minutes will usually result in them telling you to book time.

Once you start your Staffing company are you able to recruit in different states? Or do you need a License to recruit in all 50 states?
You can recruit from all states but some states require licensing for certain types of placements. What state are you in?

Main advice I can give is go out there and find your first client to make sure they are intact interested in your model. Second piece of advice I can offer is to book a call with your co-founder to properly talk through your plan.

Hi how about non compete agreements in staffing firms? My lawyer warned me about it before starting a staffing firm. I am really interested in creating my own but I want to talk to you before I buy the course.
Hi. All depends, where do you have a non compete? Or is the attorney recommending a noncompete in your contracts with employees?
