When learning how to start a healthcare recruitment agency you should get advice by someone who has done it. I have been in the business since 1996 helping with the family business, and eventually took over the company and expanded from a nursing agency to home healthcare agency. This is a complete guide for a medical staffing startup.

Good evening, I work overnight for nyc dept of sanitation and I can’t wait to have a home health and staffing business. My question is should I become a Certified personal trainer as well during the day while running my staffing company to quickly fund my endeavors as it will take alittle bit longer doing it only with dsny or should I focus solely on the staffing and scale with the profits ? I will have the 30k for staffing by April but home health will take longer as you said in active agencies in nyc are going for 200k
If you work nights focus on staffing and scale with profits. Being a personal trainer doesn't make any sense to me thats hard to scale and will take time away from more lucrative activities. If you need help getting started let me know.
