Caramel Corn Recipe:
☑️ Just over 1/3 cup Corn Oil - amzn.to/3AuVMbI
☑️ 3/4 cups Popcorn Kernels - amzn.to/3ENXiZ6
☑️ Almost 1/2 cup Gold Medal Caramel Glaze pop - amzn.to/3ZrjNuL
Add corn oil and popcorn kernels to kettle and heat. Once popcorn begins to pop add glaze pop and continue popping. Once popcorn slows, dump popcorn out of kettle.

How do you keep the flavors from mixing, between popping different flavors of popcorn?

Hello! Typically we try to pop flavors from least color and flavor to most. An example...if we are doing seasoned flavors, we pop those first because they wouldn't contaminate the kettle with any flavors that would transfer, then if we are popping different candy flavors, we start with plain kettle corn and work our way from there. If the kettle winds up having a flavor or color that could interfere with our next batch we do a quick cleaning, which is basically heating up some water in our kettle, dumping it and giving it a quick wipe out.
