Very helpful!
I think he meant "External Rotation".
Why are they at Crossfit Mayhem?
Thank you very much
haha classic mike
Awesome video, and great strategy! Thanks guys!
Looks like he confused internal and external rotation...oh my
BMac, Master of the Obvious. What is the warmup for 14.2 so I can start today.
I think more people would benefit from this video if the instructors knew what the workout was, and had the right lingo to share advice. Plan better.
LOL what happened from 0:13 to 0:20???
Dougs face in the intro ha
Internal rotation? Never knew this to be a stable pos overhead.Maybe I need to do some research.
I'm a mobility coach. I was quite surprised that Brian stated the "Internal Rotation". Any overhead end range movements require "External Rotation".
Nick Maiorana Agreed, I figured the internal rotation would help in the bottom of the lift. It would help keep your chest up and lift vertically.
I'm doing cleans and push presses. Slower yes but that helps pacing. Higher starting position has a lower chance too round it off when tired.
