- Was fooling around and found this as the fastest possible way I can think of to level up with Sora and Riku in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.

Use Health Boost from Spirits.
This is just like the megaflare trick in bbs with that jellyfish unversed. That helped me a lot.
i think its funny how the strategy for leveling up in re chain of memories, birth by sleep, and dream drop distance all involve using megaflare at low health
Ugh, its just more of those "Hey heres a way to level up quick no sweat, but before you can do that trick, you need these following things "things that require tons of effort to get" Why make a lvl up easy video while I already have a hard time getting those dream eaters in the first place! I'm at the end of the game Lv 22... In all of the other KH games I could level up easy since I fight every battle I run into, in this game I spent half an hour in battle Lv up a few then die ALL MY PROGRESS GONE 30 mins wasted so then I'm just eh fuck it I will just skip it, and now it caught up to me since I don't have shit and I need shit in order to finish the game!
I can tell you how to get the unbound keyblade
Try making two more keeba tigers then letting them die then collect the brilliant fantasy they drop I know it's sad but it is the quickest way to get Ryu dragon

lol, i started this trick since BBS and when KHDDD came out
also if u have the AR card dream eaters that give 5x magic haste early
equip, 4 mega flares, exp double, magic haste, take off all the abilities that pick up health, and in the last room of world that never was, you fight the giant T-rex things, and they spawn 3-4 waves, but by the time u use 4 mega flares the first will be recharged, and its just walk in and out at that point, every 10 mega flares is 100k+ exp
got to 99 with both like that
Did this when I'm a lvl 70. It was working quickly even with one mega flare as I am still working on Ryu dragon
I just started playing this game today then you posted this which is perfect. I used this spot to level up usually but i never used mega flare and those spirits.
My issue isn't dying. If you are skilled enough, you can take on the bosses... my issue is that I actually need to end the 3 battles at the end quick enough, because then the characters are swapped and all the fights get reset :( well, time to figure out a way to level up quickly xD
The issue isn't dying indeed, the issue ( in my case ) is the damage you deal on bosses when you're at a low level.. the battle takes ages :/

oh yeah. I heard about him, but found him by accident. He's tough. I definitely have to level grind. It's not too bad, but I basically can't get hit at all xD I think a couple times it fine, but ehh... not strong enough.

No seriously, with sora grind to ~lvl.50 and learn Super Glide. It'll be a piece of cake ^^

Also, in traverse town second visit, when Cera Terrors are stampeding towards you as Riku, kill all of them except one, drop, rinse and repeat!

Probably too late now 😅 but here’s an answer for the people watching this video now (since it’s on Xbox recently more new people are playing...)
Any spirit with EXP Boost works; and you don’t have to keep them in your party to keep their support or Spirits skills (you can turn them off/on through the ability menu once you unlock them)
It actually is easy to level up if you fight all the enemies that appear in each area. This is the first KH game that I beat on Proud Mode, and I only had to grind on the first Traverse Town visit.
That's naturally what I do. Just fight everyone in my way.
***** Yeah. I actually beat Julius using a weird glitch I found. If you go to the blocked entrance when Julius is about to jump, he will jump there. If you cast Balloonra at just the right moment, he gets stuck. He will only stay stuck if you remain next to him, and if you move, he can escape. If you use powerful magic commands you should be all set.
***** It is a lot easier than traditional RPG's because of the fast and fluid combat.
yeah when I played KH2FM on standard I didn't even have to grind once but on critical I couldn't even get past the first fight with axel, I had to fight seifer for a while to even beat him

can you do a how to level up easily in kingdom hearts re:coded please, and if you already did can you send me the link to it :3
there really isn't a way to level up fast in re:coded, I've checked, you just have to keep redoing world with different challenges in mind for those in game trophy chips which do level you up actually, or do side missions in the game to obtain powerful commands to compensate for your lower level, plus side mission data dungeon are probably where you can level up faster than usual because you'll be fighting more powerful enemies. I beat every dungeon except the last one and the only keyblade i need to unlock is the ultima weapon.

Malcolm Beverly It's actually not that hard to get brilliant fantasies if you have the right portals, just spam flowmotion on special portals in TWTNW.
Malcolm Beverly or you can kill your spirits and aparently thats quicker but dont do it (i dint do it)
Riku's final battles were not bad. Then again, I just started Critical mode, so... Who am I kidding they were a challenge.

i only grind to get something i want(in bbs to melt commands,in 3d to get materials).to do that so you can level up makes the game less fun!in 1.5 and 2.5 i played in critical from the begining(in the originals you had only proud and if you beat the game then you can go with critical)and that made those games so much better!!!!

I always do that in any RPG game, it's nice other people use this method as well, but before that this trick is useful in order to level at 100 😊 both ways are the best combination ✌
Exp Boosts and megas flares... What's new with kingdo hearts? I bet 3 will have the same things.
The easiest way to level Sora up is to go to Symphony of Sorcery and go to the fields. Once you cleared all enemies just rinse and repeat until you're done. You can do the same thing the video says but go to the Glen to get your HP down to 25% by touching the lightning clouds then doing it.

I've never beaten Julius but I'll have another go after trying this. Thanks for the help - seems easier than just spending hours and hours grinding (or being destroyed by Julius because I'm not a high enough level)

I've beaten him now. Turned out I was trying to dodge when it was better to block, and that was ruining it for me. Also levelling up using this trick helped

I was on the 2nd visit traverse town and completed sora 2nd visit and i just keeped killing the dream eaters from distric 1,2 and 3 and i got up to level 60 it takes long time but heres a level up mid game?

i have another level up trick first for sora go to the area in the symphony of sorcery that is in this video and for riku either the same place as sora or the end of the area before the anti black coat night mare, the exp walker and exp boost is helpful but optional, the spells you will need 1-2 zero graviaza and 3-7 thundagas, all you gotta do is summon all the nightmares within those little areas then use zerograviaza then just spam thundaga until they are all dead, then just go into a load screen then rinse and repeat.

i think its really easy to level up on ddd anyway. but i might try this with sora since he is a few levels below Riku.
i think Riku's missions maybe easier than Sora's because i always get things done faster when in with him so i have alot of extra time to level him up.

There was something similar to this in Birth by Sleep. Also, I really want this game, but finances. I just recently started a new job, so hopefully before the end of the summer, but yeah.

How do you find brilliant fantasy
You need to grind for them via the special portals in Symphony of Sorcery (final sixth portal in Snowgleam Wood), and all three special portals in The World That Never Was (best bets are the second and third portals there; but the second portal is the safest one to stick with without dying too much).
All of those are on Riku's side. Sora's instead provides Wild Fantasies. Both of their first portals in TWTNW provide a chance of Interpid Fantasies instead, while you may also instead get a Savage Fantasy instead from their second portals in TWTNW.

ive recently been playing this for a while now but what I don't understand is when I fight off nightmares in worlds, how is that riku and Sora don't get any LV up until the end of the boss battle but the dream eaters do?
from this, I thought it might be an easy way but too complex, mind if you can elaborate please? ~
Boss battles will always give you a bonus for beating them, which isn't a level up, but it acts like one. Sora and Riku should also be earning experience from all the nightmares you defeat. Did you turn on Exp Zero by accident? That prevents you from gaining any experience.

I think Yensid’s caste for great for leveling up Riku, since he has meteor.
With Sora, I just look for Cera Terrors. About 500 EXP for everyone you beat.

Or better yet, with Riku, you can spam Meteors if you have enough of a copy. It's one of his best AOE nuke spells.
Sora has a more difficult time due to a lack of a safe AOE nuke spell, as sometimes, Mega Flare has a long recovery after its casting, and plus, Faith and Salvation restore HP, so you'll lose the EXP Boost. It's best to mostly try Sparkga.
However, Tornado is also great just in case, since you can make sure you catch multiple targets at the same time and grind them down to where you can finish them off normally.
Spamming the Shock Dive Flowmotion attack is also good too.
And when you plan to use spells that take a while for their AOE nuke to occur, BE SURE TO CAST THEM WHILE YOU'RE HIGH IN THE AIR. You may get interrupted if possible, let alone just take damage during the castings. HIGH JUMP IS A MUST.
Also, regarding low health procs, RELOAD BOOST HELPS A LOT.
Plus, most Spirit combos can work quite well. But be sure to not have any spirit that knows a healing spell (like a Lord Kyroo) active in your party, or the healing can make you lose the boost.
For a better effect of a Dual Link attack on Sora's end (Riku's links are a bit useless due to no invincibility), try any combo that gives Trinity Limit or Ragnarok instead of Comet.
I subscribed for a few different reasons.
One: That outro. Keep shouting "CURE!" in my head seeing that bar drop like that.
Two: The content. You know what you're doing and the best way to do it. Right to the point and easy to follow. I like that.

One tip for people who watched this: you technically do not need the keeba tiger, as the exp boost is an ability that once unlocked is permanant, so getting it from any spirit is all you need.

A thing to note is that EXP Boost will remain yours once it's unlocked, so you don't actually need your Keeba Tiger to be with you
Lv. 50? what about lv. 51 or even Lv. 99 why stop at 50? is it the max? that would make sense but if its not then why not get to 99?

LV 50 is really strong in DDD because there is half the time to level up because there are two stories. However, 50 isn't the max.
+CristGab Piepgrass well I did play bbs and I beaten Terra-Xehanort, Vanitas and Ventus-Vanitus at around lv. 30 so it makes sense that you really only need to be lv. 50 because each story is a half of the game
