I remember transitioning between zones during an emission with an ecologist I was supposed to rescue. I hope he's doing well, saved my ass when disabling the Brainscorcher, told him to stay put in a room while I ran ahead to the controls. Disabled the Brainscorcher and of course an ass ton of monolith spawn. I immediately started hearing gunfire. Hiding behind cover and holding off the onslaught of fanatics coming for me, Vitkya was having his own John Wick situation. when I finally got to him, there were around eight possibly ten dead Monolith strewn around him; several with exo-suites, as well. As he stood amongst the corpses with his UMP I gave him, just living his best NPC life. Yeah needless to say "nerds with guns" is an understatement. He disappeared one day, (taking my best merc suite and UMP with him, but they were gifts I suppose). I wonder where he went off to, maybe the Zone realized our adventures together were stretched to the max or were well overdue. Maybe the Zone knew that this friendship or partnership was born out of a cosmic mistake, such is the tapestry of logic the Monolith engine weaves, imperfect, impermanent and yet hauntingly beautiful. It's fun to see people make comments about how they did/do their different runs and how they play Anomaly in general. Because I am still at my second run, despite already having spend a high three digit number of hours with the game, and a lot of things are not a problem for me, because I've switched them off... :D But that's what I love so much about Anomaly, I have never played a game that was so insanely customizable and as hard or as relaxed as you want.

Taking breaks is incredibly important, even if it's from the stuff you used to never get enough of. You did the right thing. I returned to Guild Wars 2 from a 6-month break because an in-game friend said they'd missed me on New Year's. Pressing pause on that stuff was absolutely necessary when I left, but right now I'm actually having more fun again than *ever* before in this game. First of all, congratulations! I'm curious about the potential bugs or stability issues you encountered as well as the potential new performance boosts with the last patch ;) . Last update indeed made the game easier. It was on purpose because some stuff were definitely too unfair. So indeed, if you already are an hardened player, Invictus with the latest update is finally """""easily"""""" reachable. Meaning, it's much less random if you know what you are doing, namely, no more boars run killers. The classic run killer are still the controllers though, but if you max out (as in, 100% psy res with drugs as per the sum of your gear defenses), it smooth sailing. The ADAR also helped a lot to make the start easier. I might nerf it a little bit with no AP ammo + a bit stronger muzzle climb (recoil is good already). I like the military point attack in swamp: "loot not crazy" > Green Barrel SVD hahahaha You can fast travel while over loaded with the "guide fast travel" system (right click any POI on the map > guide fast travel). But as usual, if you know what you are doing and prepare well, it will be smooth sailing.
Basic Anomaly was so fun with Monolith Rocket Launchers; a Stalker had to be on the lookout for those guys in Red Forest and the Barrier mission was so dificult because of it. I will definitely play "master" difficulty if there are RL and GL (not sure if possible to make NPC shoot underbarrel grenades), it's really a thing for me since the SoC.

Small tip: You can craft a multitool for dirt cheap once you get basic tools, no need to spend 5000 roubles on that in the early game. Enjoying the run a lot, watched 120 minutes in one sitting lol
I do know that these take a long long time to edit and I'm sure it's not easy feat but they are sooo good. Love a long gamma movie/playthrough/walkthrough. there's not that many of those nowdays so keep it up.
Been watching this passively as I play anomaly for the first time. I played a little of COP a while ago, got like halfway through or so and the game lost me due to other games being at the forefront. Anomaly has me absolutely hoooooked though, def gonna go back and finish it sometime. Getting to experience this for the first time has been awesome. A little frustrating at times lol but genuinely addicting. Love how immersive it is, I only lightly modded my game too. A few graphical tweaks, some QoL mods and the game holds up super well. I remember even being kind of blown away at how well vanilla CoP aged. I couldnt really get passed the OLLLLLD graphics themselves, but the lighting, ambient sounds etc all super good. Very immersive for how the game looks. They really killed it with stalker, OG devs and modders alike.
Wow, this video gift just made my day much brighter and I am so happy for your another Invictus achievement. What if there are no other stalker legends in the rank list? It could be a playthrough dedicated to this since day one more or less.
I love that when you let the pseudogiant kill the duty stalkers, the one guy that survived was the one you needed to turn that quest in to! Also as a Freedom stalker, I promise you didn't do anything unethical 💚

Never played Stalker before, and kinda got into Gamma by chance (it scratches a weird itch I've been having for years), currently on my first playthrough ever, will probably try to do the main questline/s and all that but I really really want to get into ironman, I've been loving how harsh it is to play with Hard+Survivalist+Agony+Campfire+Hardcore AI Aim.
41:41 Don't worry, I've accidentally merked mercenaries with my Clear Sky character before. Doesn't help that it can be hard to tell the difference between a Merc and a Monolith fighter apart at a distance. Ended up killing a Merc in the Red Forest because of that. XD Hell, when working with Duty, there is very much a non-zero chance that you'll end up having to kill some Mercs if they have you tracking down an undercover guy of theirs because Bandits and Mercs are neutral but Duty and Mercs aren't.
I believe that one of the monolith in the brain scorcher always has the recipe for the Exo box now. I believe its the same place you got it in your last run, it's where I got mine in my most recent one, and here it is again. Maybe it's just the high number of Monolith in the area, but I'm willing to bet its there for progression reasons. Now if they could only have the main missions not require so much back tracking...
Begginers luck is real in this game, my first real playthrough (the others I was just testing stuff) I got a SVU and a AN900 from a military squad bascially from the get go, godlike starting gear xD

Never saw a dude that gets more excited about tools than a badass new gun.....
Thanks for all your really entertaining content. Have a good rest and come back soon 🍻
Amazing gameplay as usual, breeki! I've never watched 3 hours video in one sitting before (don't judge me, it's the weekend). This is really entertaining gameplay!
Your video's always guide me in my stalker runs everytime when I'm in difficult situation i can always go to your gameplay and see how you handle it thank you!
This was an amazing vid i picked up one or two things as well! enjoy your break!
You finaly made a pact with the devil. When you have no luck it's always a great thing to do.
good to see you back cheeki, i miss this videos of looting and rating.
i just started playing gamma , and i am so into it lol, thanks for the content, enjoy your break!
Insane! Artifact hunting definitely payed off.
This is the most amazing revenge invictus run ever, just EPIC!
Small tip: You can craft a multitool for dirt cheap once you get basic tools, no need to spend 5000 roubles on that in the early game.
Enjoying the run a lot, watched 120 minutes in one sitting lol
What an amazing watch!
Finally, a normal TH-camr, without any nonsense. Like👍
this video got recommended for me for the 100000th time jesus and i already watched it like 3 times haha
This must have taken a lot of effort to edit, but I'm glad you did. Thank you for a great video!
It feels like a crime to be this early, but man, i guess you deserve it
I do know that these take a long long time to edit and I'm sure it's not easy feat but they are sooo good.
They really killed it with stalker, OG devs and modders alike.
a tip for your future clear sky play throughs there is a stash hidden as a radio in the window on the side of the bar
Take your time Cheeki, rest, sleep, drink some vodka and smoke some cigarette. See you in the zone, Stalker!
Merci beaucoup pour tout ce que tu fait ! Si je joue autant a anomaly ou gamma c'est grâce à toi dude ! Keep it up man for real 🔥🔥
I'm just sitting not expecting anything and Cheeki drops this, hallelujah.
Learning a lot from you, amazing mod and gameplay :)
2:57:45 I saw no discernible difference in gameplay after this moment 😄 Grats on the Invictus
Wow, this video gift just made my day much brighter and I am so happy for your another Invictus achievement. What if there are no other stalker legends in the rank list? It could be a playthrough dedicated to this since day one more or less.
that sound of headshots, it's so nice to hear it
Since the Christmas update, I've had controllers consistently move in packs of 5. Has made for some interesting encounters.
Amazing work! Take a good break and we hope you will return refreshed :)
Quel plaisir de te regarder jouer !!! Trop hâte de te voir défoncer le 2
i got myselfe smiling wen see the acheiv. Congratz man!
I love that when you let the pseudogiant kill the duty stalkers, the one guy that survived was the one you needed to turn that quest in to! Also as a Freedom stalker, I promise you didn't do anything unethical 💚
Hope you have a relaxing away-from-youtube vacation!
From the thumbnail, i thought this is a Brainjacket video, and i was even more suprised when i saw its 3 hours!
Congrats for the run dude. Epic
Damn, gratz on that UNISG Nosorog, when I saw it drop I was like yep , that's gg :D
that was so cool. thanks. enjoy your break
enjoy your break, miss you king, congrats too
1:51:33 Everyone uses fast travel, but real s.t.a.l.k.e.r.s use map exits.
damn bro, never used the winchester but it seems pretty damn awesome for the early game. and congrats!
Congratulations! Legendary Stalker!
MONSTER Run. that PKM endgame was great
Jupiter underground tunnel is still the scariest place for me
I would like you to know. After watching your series and watching this video. I have never played stalker in my life but mark my word i will also achieve a completed invictus run!
Gamma isn't Stalker
@@juanitoblogs6574 Yeah it is actually, it really triggers you people doesn't it?
@@samithonjames370 no its not, not original
52:00 Hip is normally how I get basic tools. Especially if I start down South since getting the TOZ seems to be really common for me.
41:41 Don't worry, I've accidentally merked mercenaries with my Clear Sky character before. Doesn't help that it can be hard to tell the difference between a Merc and a Monolith fighter apart at a distance. Ended up killing a Merc in the Red Forest because of that. XD
Hell, when working with Duty, there is very much a non-zero chance that you'll end up having to kill some Mercs if they have you tracking down an undercover guy of theirs because Bandits and Mercs are neutral but Duty and Mercs aren't.
you have a French accent just like a French friend of mine, and you both feel like I'm watching the series "Allo Allo!" 🤪🤣,
The gunfights in this game! Man!! No AAA game can come even close...
It's just pure RNG
Begginers luck is real in this game, my first real playthrough (the others I was just testing stuff) I got a SVU and a AN900 from a military squad bascially from the get go, godlike starting gear xD
I had more fun watching your 3 hour video, than with any of the Marvel movies after End Game.
2:22:30 I do not understand this. Sometimes random enemies do this crazy damage.
