I don't know how to grind but i know what a meat grinder is, i had a fight with 150+ monolith soldiers on the dark valley warfare. bodies per square meter = amount of fps when they spawned 💀
Oh man... I lost motivation for my GAMMA run recently because I cannot progress without the Advanced Tools. I've already gotten more than a dozen advanced upgrade kits for weapons and armor, I've got 7 or so ammo crafting kits, multiple weapons completely repaired to try out once I can finally craft an Army Rifle Repair Kit (only thing missing is the barrel which I can't install without one). I did so many missions and looked into so many stashes, even got Advanced weapons (to repair with Expert Tools some day) already, but after all this time I've gotten 0 Advanced Tools and 3 Basic Tools overall. 1 I gave to Xenotech, 1 I use in my Portable Workbench and 1 is sitting in a box. All in all I've done nothing but search for Advanced Tools for the last ~10 hours because everything else I need to progress had been done at that point.
I hear you, took me a long time to find advanced tools too. But honestly, finding 4 basic tools doesnt take so long, especially after the change. I crafted my first set of adv tools this way in my current save.
If you're playing loner, try and do quests for freedom - the stash coordinate rewards they give will be more northern than the duty or loner rewards from rostok/garbage/cordon, giving you a better chance at advanced tools! that said, the RNG can be pretty unforgiving sometimes. in my current playthrough, my first SEVEN green stashes were gunsmith toolkits, every single one of them. i wanted to cry ahahah
You are not getting advanced tools because you are most likely doing missions too far south. Tasks give stash locations based on where you turn them in, and every 8th stash you recieve will be a green one with tools. The chance to get better tools is set by location, the ones you want for advanced are Yantar, Army Warehouse, Truck cemetary and Wild Territory. So, doing tasks for Merc or Freedom is the easiest way, or getting lucky in Rostok. You can also craft advanced tools with 5 basic ones, the guy Spirit in Yantar will give you basic tools for 20 uses of Nemiroff vodka(the red one).
You may want to reconsider your changes to artifact spawn rates. The setting is set per anomaly and not per field. You're gonna find so many of them so quickly that having a belt of full empties is fast to get and removes a lot of the challenge. Looking forwards to seeing more though.
FYI, if you're using the take all -> deposit all technique to get past the weight limit on stashes, you might as well just enable "Unlimited Stashes Weight" in the mod manager! It's a simple checked box and it means you don't have to deal with accidentally dumping stuff you wanted, the game lagging every time you deposit, etc.
@@brawler5760Just with stashes in general. Having things stashed decreases performance when opening stashes and player inventory, though it only becomes a problem with bigger quantities of items
I just started the video so sorry if you did it, but i was wonder why you dont use the "knot" artifact? I dont think i saw you use it in any of your invictus run. But wouldn't the damage reduction and health regen buff be extremely usefull for thhis kind of challenge?
Really good episode, honestly can't wait for the next since this is oddly entertaining despite the fact I can literally start up Gamma and play it myself, heh. By the way what's the quick melee key?
I have a small question about those radio massages that someone is after you. Do they even do anything or am i changeing zones to fast, because it feels like I never get those hit squads after me that are getting announced
Late answer, but the hit squad messages start showing up when having an active bounty hunt quest. Some of then even mention target stalkers as in "X should watch out, someone is after them"
Dude you keep saying your head is damaged but it's your torso, it's making me go crazy LMAO, also how in the world did you manage to pick that stuff you left in the army warehouses back, i thought npcs would loot it, at least once i did something like that and got robbed.
you got super lucky and found 2 exosuits in your first AW stash, but destroyed them on an invictus run ??? with a 50 BR exo suit alone you would have over 70 % damage resistance against most bulllets, you even farmed a lot of money already and could have easiliy repaired it with the advanced tools. did you destroy it because you think the game would be too easy if you would use such a powerful armour that early or do you really dont like the -10% movement speed ?
The upkeep cost for them is pretty damn high, let’s be real. And having to switch out the batteries every time they run out, on top of repairing them after battle, gets insanely annoying.
Yes, you do need to do one story mission to gain access to the northern part of the map (the miracle machine in Yantar) but aside from that you can just wander about looting.

But wouldn't the damage reduction and health regen buff be extremely usefull for thhis kind of challenge?
You can disassemble firewood for wooden scraps
Not sure if this helps, but I've found that green stashes in the Great Swamps have a very high chance of giving an Artifact Melter.

Stalky Balboa punches above his weight class.
Great video! Just wondering, what are your artefact settings in DAO set to again?
Really good episode, honestly can't wait for the next since this is oddly entertaining despite the fact I can literally start up Gamma and play it myself, heh. By the way what's the quick melee key?
Middle mouse button by default 👍😊
NPCs don't loot stashes in GAMMA, you can leave whatever wherever you want its safe
Hey, great video as always! Honest question, how do you make the game run so smooth?
It's always good to show the previous episode before the next one starts. I honestly forgot the flow.
you got super lucky and found 2 exosuits in your first AW stash, but destroyed them on an invictus run ??? with a 50 BR exo suit alone you would have over 70 % damage resistance against most bulllets, you even farmed a lot of money already and could have easiliy repaired it with the advanced tools. did you destroy it because you think the game would be too easy if you would use such a powerful armour that early or do you really dont like the -10% movement speed ?
Ooor some of us really don't like exo suits.
The upkeep cost for them is pretty damn high, let’s be real. And having to switch out the batteries every time they run out, on top of repairing them after battle, gets insanely annoying.
What is a aw stash
@@tomyes5079 stash in Army Warehouses
Army warehouse I presume @@tomyes5079
Those two friendly mercs got murked
16:46 every time I forget something and need to go back, I always picture myself as my stalker just thinking “I am such a dumb mf”
You could go to butcher buy the campfire and disassemble it to get 2 wood if you still need it.
he stalk. he grind.
Thinking of trying gamma. Is it possible to just go around exploring and doing menial tasks? Do missions just generate for the player?
Yes, you do need to do one story mission to gain access to the northern part of the map (the miracle machine in Yantar) but aside from that you can just wander about looting.
@@hectormackenzie4091 Thanks!
15:58 i was almost certain that the pulse's gonna fry you up.
Wath shaders you use ? PS : Awesome videos, its rare for me to watch long videos and comment them !
All this run I used the basic AtmosR as shader, I like some others better but it was the best balance between graphics & performance
@@CheekiBreekiTv I use AREA79, it gives a quite natural and relaxing atmosphere.
Loots second advanced tools really early in the run “mweeeeh”
Salut! J’essaye d’obtenir l’armure ACE des mercenaires avec le système d’échange mais je ne sais pas quels sont celles des autres factions à prendre? J’avais une SEVA suit mais cela ne donne pas la ACE lors de l’échange :/
Yessss another one! Also modlist plz
How did you get the unlimited weight for your stash at Rostock?
I think you can buy firewood for really cheap to disassemble it into wood.
The only thing that's mildly annoying is how dark it is on my screen >.<
Other than that i LOVE your videos!!!
Ending the episode with your gun unloaded has me scared tho lol
Im not the biggest fan of anomaly and its mods but i still find these videos entertaining, for stalker 2 i would probably prefer a more call of pripyat type game but im just happy we are getting another entry
Hello. I noticed that you're finding artifacts outside of the usual anomaly zones. Is there a mod for that?
Kinda amazed you haven’t be had the classic boar pack and 2 controllers yet I seem to get that combo anytime I go anywhere near the garbage
Cheeki, it's your torso...your head is on the left.
Yeah its the same, it's the "if it goes to 0 you dead" thingy xD
Hey babe cheeki breeki posted another video
I’m not sure if my game is bugged but I never need to run from pulse anomalies. If they spawn right above me I’ll look down but I’m not sure if I even need to do that.
i started a new game two days ago
#1 problem for me is i just cant find any basic tools
i opened 7 green stashes in cordon/garbage/swamp and didnt get a single one
then yesterday i went to army warehouses for the first time and the fist stash i open had advanced tools lmao
still cant get the trader upgraded
Hello! If you need WOOD you can disassemble the campfires that traders sell you
I'm only 3 days into my 5th play through and I find Expert Tools in Yantar , how odd is that .
it scares me how long that pistol wasn't loaded
doesnt like the nocturnal predator quest, proceeds to kill the damn thing for free - i make the same mistake all the time D:
what mod did you use on your minimap btw?
Can you tell me how did you mange to go over 70kg in your stash, thanks 25:00
Episode 3 lets goo
If our home appliances get anough AI to play Gamma, what playthrough would they prefer?
How did you hide the ammo counter in the left hand corner near your health?
20:17 yea seems pretty quiet
