I used to watch with reluctance street interviews about veganism (like yours or Earthling Ed) because people's indifference and lack of morality can easily make me miserable for a while. Since they were babies, those guys were told by their parents that bacon was good and so, into adulthood it was their mothers told them was good. It is hard to say their mother was wrong. I suspect that the police mostly know about the relevant laws in cases like this. However, they are hoping that public ignorance of the laws and the perceived authority of someone in uniform will lead to citizens doing what they are told. You see it time and time again on TH-cam videos… the police challenge a member of the public who is carrying out a legal activity, become very assertive, sometimes aggressive, then back down when challenged. Those who don’t back down, and who incorrectly detain or arrest citizens inevitably cause out of court settlements to be paid. I suspect that most of this behaviour is intentional and part of their training. The few payouts they have to make are probably worth it from their point of view. It’s a similar attitude to that of law-breaking corporations that see fines and penalties as a cost of doing business. No individual suffers a penalty, so the financial costs can simply be passed on to the customer / taxpayer. I don’t want to give the impression that I’m anti-police; I’m not. We need them for preventing and solving crimes and attending various serious incidents. However, someone peacefully stating truthful statements over a megaphone, in a publicly accessible area, or carrying a banner or TV screen, is not a police matter.

Notice how, when Joey was asked to leave by the centre security, he did so immediately and in a civil manner. I’m happy to be corrected, if you have information to the contrary. I find these police interactions fascinating and in instances where police have got involved in such civil matters (e.g. gone ‘hands on’), they always settle out of court when sued.

You have no idea of nutrition, fat is not fattening and bacon is an absolute super food with all the goodness it provides. The carcinogenic properties are only prevalent when the bacon is overcooked, and even when burnt it's a whole lot better than many plant foods you will eat

You can get all your nutrients from meat alone, and no, fibre is not an essential nutrient as we cannot digest it.

It does. Just because you describe it in a negative light doesn't mean we don't need it. Meat is a vital part of human needs. People have always needed protein, and from the looks of it a carnivore diet seems to be the healthiest way to live.
@@IceBoNeZ Real life says I am right. I got on a mostly animal based diet and I lost a lot of weight. Anxiety faded away, mind is more focused, I have much more energy, and I even gained a bit of muscle mass. Modern diets are disastrous for people.

I do understand why people, such as this manager, would be concerned about their job. There are few people who can afford to live without their current wage, so I wouldn’t expect them to immediately drop everything and walk away. And, as we know, the truth is that most people aren’t really aware of how animals are really treated. However, this manager seemed particularly weak; at one point she appeared to freeze and was unable to think of anything to say, or she was simply afraid of the ramifications of saying something on camera. Something simple along the lines of this statement would have sufficed, “Thank you for bringing this to my attention; I wasn’t aware of this information. I’ll need some time to research further, as this is new to me. However, right now, you need to leave the premises immediately; I am revoking your right to be here and if you fail to leave, I will arrange for our security team to remove you”. It’s not rocket science; I would have thought the manager of a £multimillion retail store would be able to think on their feet.

If Eating plant foods directly , you can omit much less water required for your own nutritional requirements. You can get all nutritional requirements from plant foods.
Fun Fact: Animals urinate out water they consume, which is filtered through the soil and re-enters the water table, meaning no water is lost in the raising of animals.

Also you cannot get all your nutrients from plants alone otherwise you won’t see and ex vegans saying that they faced catastrophic health outcomes after 5 years of doing a deficient diet. You can get all your nutrients from meat alone, and no, fibre is not an essential nutrient as we cannot digest it.

It does. Just because you describe it in a negative light doesn't mean we don't need it. Meat is a vital part of human needs. People have always needed protein, and from the looks of it a carnivore diet seems to be the healthiest way to live.

I do understand why people, such as this manager, would be concerned about their job. There are few people who can afford to live without their current wage, so I wouldn’t expect them to immediately drop everything and walk away. And, as we know, the truth is that most people aren’t really aware of how animals are really treated.
However, this manager seemed particularly weak; at one point she appeared to freeze and was unable to think of anything to say, or she was simply afraid of the ramifications of saying something on camera. Something simple along the lines of this statement would have sufficed, “Thank you for bringing this to my attention; I wasn’t aware of this information. I’ll need some time to research further, as this is new to me. However, right now, you need to leave the premises immediately; I am revoking your right to be here and if you fail to leave, I will arrange for our security team to remove you”. It’s not rocket science; I would have thought the manager of a £multimillion retail store would be able to think on their feet.
@@Innesb I'm not being payed the wage this lady is getting, but their are other jobs and she is a manager. So she would be able to find another position with her skills. I've left my job when I became a vegan and I have been in her role, but not in food. When it comes to the environment, grass-fed beef is not the lesser of two evils, and if you truly want to eat a sustainable diet, a plant-based diet is best as it produces fewer greenhouse gasses and requires far less land and water.
