JB - We have a pre-foreclosure quick filter you can use to pull that list almost instantly. It's in the quick filter toolbar at the bottom of the window.
I keep getting an error about min and max while trying to use my saved filters. Can you please out out an updated video because this has been a challenge and I am not happy about the change.
@@samiavci3080 You are a life saver. Chat support gave me the incorrect info. Made me think that I had to put something in every area where I saw MIN and MAX.
Hey Jordan, usually you'll want to keep it simple here. I'd recommend using the "notice of default" filter by its self under the preforeclosure section! Let me know if you try it and how it goes

They made it so that if you put a min, you have to put a max. So put 100%.

Right! by the way, they recently changed it back so you should be able to now enter only a min / max value without an error! :D
