Because you need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. I am a digital marketer. If you want I will give my best work for you. First of all I am not asking you for money. First I will show you the work then you pay me.

Batchleads would be so awesome if the freaking information was accurate 🙄 The platform is very intuitive and better than propstream to use but the list pulls are inaccurate! I tried to pull vacant land and got more houses than land. Selected off-market in the search credentials and got more on market and sold properties!!! That was incredibly frustrating and disappointing because I wanted to automate things. Batchleads sucks for this! I really wanted to choose them but propstream it is! 😕 That’s probably why their skiptracing is cheaper too! I can’t trust their skiptracing if the freakin list pulls are this crazily inaccurate. Their excuse was “we get information from the county and sometimes people list their house as vacant land to get tax breaks” …okay well nobody is listing their house as on the MLS market on their taxes so why am I pulling up on market properties when I search off-market? Stop bs-ing people. That was an insult to my intelligence. Going with propstream because DealMachine is kinda a headache and the list pulls aren’t as accurate either. ATP, I don’t trust anyone speaking highly about Batchleads. They know DAMN WELL the info is bogus and WANT us pulling bogus leads to eliminate competition OR they’re not actually using it and putting out a false review so they can make a commission for you signing up. 👎🏽
