Wait you fight The Justice League just by shooting at them? Wouldn't it make more sense for Amanda Waller to somehow obtain Batman's contingency plans for dealing with each individual member and having the boss fights play out more like combat puzzles? That would actually make it more believable that Suicide Squad can take down Justice League.
I had the displeasure of working with some game devs as a third party. Talent is important - in singing, acting etc, and we’ve seem to forget that game development is a talent too and unfortunate - not everyone is
guess they were going for that "dopamine" burst of pixels on most actions you do, kinda like mobile games when you unlock stuff, it's not about what you see, it's about the numbers going up and "big booms" for them it seems
Suicide Squad provides a robust selection of characters to play as such as Captain Sniper Rifle Sniper Rifleshot King Shotgun And beloved fan favorite Harley SMG
It falls apart at the basic level compared to the Arkham universe. Even Gotham Knights that took place in a different universe and fully embraced stuff like the Lazarus Pit had more believability than this game

I remember five to ten years ago, jokes and memes being made about how games were eventually going to be oversaturated with screen clutter and loot boxes. And now life imitates art, and we're worse for it.
I abhor this artstyle. I call it "Hi-Fi candy". It's very crisp and high resolution but everything looks like someone threw the game into a blender with 16 different Chupa Chups lollipops. Just seeing that short clip of Prototype cleansed my eyeballs. Yeesh.
Blame it on all the mindless morons that bought Assassin's Creed, Horizon Zero Dawn, Far Cry, Spider-man, Watchdogs and all those copy/paste open world games that are obsolete by at least a decade. Their public is huge, Suicide Squad is as shit as the game I referenced, but in the mean time, actual good open world were made in Japan and released here. So slowly but surely, a growing percentage of said morons starts to realize their situation and want to evolve. We'll see where that goes.
It’s wild how all 4 characters are PERFECT representations of different video game classes (brute, sniper, glass canon and jack of all trades) yet they chose to make all of them play so similarly. Talk about a missed opportunity.
That's just how video games are now, games as a service where you take 0 risks and make everything as instantly user friendly as possible. If they made the characters unique classes, then they wouldn't play them all!
Woulsve been better for them to be a specific class one to be used for destroying sheilds another with environmental damage abilites and another that can deploy special tech based weapons
Batman one hit KO'ing Harley twice in the original Arkham series is exactly what a fight between him and the rest of the suicide Squad would go if Rocksteady follow their own canon.
Are you familiar with the Grandfather's Axe paradox? Because if you are, you'll realize that it's Rocksteady in name only. The true makers of the Arkham series are long gone.
If the actual Joker had been alive to see the way Harley did Batman, he'd have bashed her skull in with a mallet and apologized profusely to Batman for that flagrant disrespect. He'd probably even just give up being a criminal out of shame and go back to the Asylum on his own.
I think suicide squad 2 film addressed this pretty well. The suicide squad is better off put against regular unpowered people , who the hell would think boomerang or Harley could save the world from supernatural monsters.
I will say this: compared to how the 2016 film handled that idea, this one is at least a lot more charming and uncut. Too bad this game had to be worked on around the time that movie came out, because after The Suicide Squad, I'd much rather be playing as Bloodsport, especially since his moveset does support the whims of gaming better than Deadshot.
@ellis7622 Yes, but the team are actually underdogs and doesn't just win because the villain is incompetent. The team, you know, is actually strategic, and the op powers of Ratcatcher and pokedot man do a lot in that fight. Not like the first Suicide Squad movie where the team is hilariously weak against Enchantress, so they have to make her stupid and basically give them a chance to beat her. 😂
The 2021 film actually got away with doing both since they fought a giant star-fish (Starro), but that's because James Gunn is usually good at handling stuff like that. It was suspenseful and funny at the same time.
Why on earth wasn't Harley and boomerang melee focused? It would have given dead shot a more unique playstyle. Shark is fine because he does feel slightly different than deadshot. But giving everyone guns was a ginormous mistake.

Hell, it would have made more sense to do the exact opposite. Suicide squad could have been its own thing, while the arkhamverse could have continued with Gotham, showing us how Gotham is dealing with the loss of batman.
Gotham Knights had a plot, theme, and tone that fit the Arkhamverse more.* And yes it was full of design flaws and downright unfinished. *The Bat-Family composed of Alfred, Barbara, Dick, Jason, and Tim grieving over the loss of Batman. An extra nasty Harley Quinn grieving over the loss of the Joker and vowing revenge.
Why does EVERY game need to be a loot based shooter with tacked on RPG skill trees, arbitrary character classes, big damage numbers written in Impact font, and weapon effects like “do 1.5% additional frost damage to robotic enemies when below 20% health”? I’m so tired of this stuff. Make your game fun first and you won’t have to fill it with a bunch of artificial incentives.
id say blame the populary of games like borderlands tho back then atleast all the lootboxes and shit were completely offline so you could play without internet and cheat the system.

I like how they screwed up the introduction of the IP to the mainstream with Suicide Squad 2016 Redeemed it with The Suicide Squad 2021 Then brought it back down with whatever this is
I still find it funny when people say og Suicide Squad movie is a failure. It made an obscene amount of money and its punk designs are still the main merch DC sells to this day.

Honestly it’s wild how even in terms of superhero live service games both Marvel’s Avengers & Gotham Knights were able to accomplish the basic task of granting each character a distinct moveset & animations that made you feel like you were embodying them. In Avengers, Iron Man felt like Iron Man & Hulk felt like Hulk. Rocksteady itself explicitly were able to get this right in the original Arkham games where they gave you opportunities to play as Catwoman or Joker etc. & they had attributes that made them distinct from playing as Batman. Here though, beyond traversal, the variety is nonexistent. Shark should be a Hulk-like character being a aggro-drawing tank who charges into enemies & mauling everything or Harley should be an agile acrobat flipping over enemies & tripping them up before bludgeoning them with her hammer or strapping them with exploding party hats or Deadshot should be shooting piercing rounds that skewer multiple enemies & pulling of trick headshots with bullets that ricochet off of multiple surfaces. Granting all of these characters different calibers of guns & leaving it at that just seems it would be the most dull & uninteresting way to approach the game just from the viewpoint of a developer let alone experiencing it as a player.
Gotham knights wasn’t live service. Games literally dead as well. And avengers ? Lmao let’s pretend everyone didn’t have a hate boner for that game as well

So, instead of trying to devise a way of freeing the League from Braniac's control so that they can then take him down, Waller's best course of action is to murder the greatest heroes on Earth with some second rate villains?
I genuinely thought this is what the game was going to be, like the initial plan was "Kill the justice league" and then getting rocked by one of them and going "Nah, let's just free them because fuck that"
That's literally the character. In every incarnation. Waller doesn't see the Justice League as the world's greatest heroes. She sees them as a threat. With all the legit complaints about this games writing this complaint is possibly the least on point.
@@jackcoleman1784I agree that killing them isn't the biggest issue, it's how they do it. The perfect example is Flash. Yep….. and King Shark would never be able to put it on because it would have flown away right when he died. Shows how much new Rocksteady doesn’t know about anything DC.
Maybe brainiac modified the ring so that anyone can project their will, it seemed that King shark was getting mind controled after using it so it could make sense.... But honestly.... they didn't really tought about it and just wanted someone to use the ring but not keep it for story purposes. Now that I think about it, they could have made the heroes share their powers before dying! something like Flash giving Bumerang the speedforce, batman giving his gadgets to harley, kingshark with the ring and so on. Make it some kind of ultimate that builds up with combos, and you get not only a fun gameplay mechanic but also an actual story reason for why they even stand a chance against characters like Superman or Brainiac! how the fuck did they not think of this
No. His will is there in full force. Brainiac's power doesn't take away the willpower of the victims, its more like convincing them that this is the way. Its why the JL still maintain who they are and feel that they are doing the right thing helping brainiac instead of being brainwashed zombies

That's my real problem with the writing. Because they're being mind controlled, there's little in the way of character payoff. They basically all die in the very beginning of the game, and the Squad might as well be fighting their reanimated corpses for how little narrative gravity is put on their respective deaths. The dialogue also seems to act like the JL heroes are *actually* evil for some reason. Harley's monoluge for instance doesn't really reconcile anything towards her historic foe.

If my mom got me this game for Christmas, I would put her in a home the first time she forgot her email password- and it'd be one of the cheap ones that smells like piss with orderlies that beat old ladies
I think it's strange how aim assist for controllers has been around since like GoldenEye where it was auto aim which them evolved into the modern aim assist where your crosshair slows down near enemies... and now to the point where it's extremely strong as if gamers don't know how to aim anymore
it's a huge missed opportunity they didn't go for the Cybertron series formula, with different missions for different characters to highlight their unique abilities
Yea I was thinking of that , that would mean the game won't be loot based . If the game is still looter shooter? Either way they messed up . They could have been much smarter how to execute certain things and aprouch them , like even if you wouldn't like the concept or idea if playing as the Suicide Squad and taken down the Justice Legue but the execution would have made things so much better at least .
As much as this game will drag Rocksteady's rep through the mud, the OG devs from Rocksteady aren't the ones to blame since they left the studio and a new wave of idiots came around and just ruined everything. Yep. First movie was awful, the second movie completely tanked at the box office despite being good, and now this game is a disaster. Stop forcing this brand, it’s tainted, it’s cursed, and no one wants it
It actually died when the OG team that did the OG Arkham trilogy left to form their own company. The new writers are awful, but that's par for the course for most IPs these days, whether it be in games, TV shows, comics or movies. Oh, and love the asset flip of Amanda Waller. They used the exact same model of the VA actress, Debra Wilson, that is in the Jedi Survivor and Jedi Fallen Order. Did they ask EA if they could use that asset? I mean, the EXACT same, hairdo and all. Couldn't they have at least modified it so I'm not seeing Cere Junda from Jedi in this game? lol!
I swear, every time Harley, Boomerang, Innsmouth Amanda Waller, or anybody else speaks, these moments from Community come back to me, the moments where Jeff tells Leonard to shut up. An entire game could be made around why and how Batman, Superman and Green Lantern were mind controlled, yet the game has no idea what the hell happened, the game doesn´t even seem to know who Brainiac is, the JLA fights could be summed up by: "Extremely powerful individual moves away from the (by comparison) extremely vulnerable individuals and throws stuff at them from a distance, avoiding all contact". In a fraction of a second, Luthor´s heart is removed by the Flash then becomes the already described bossfight, in the scripted Batman scene, he knocks every single one out with ease and forgets to kill them (he killed 2 people 5 minutes earlier), then becomes the already described bossfight, Green Lantern captures them in an extremely easy way at the beginning, then becomes the already described bossfight, Superman...You get the idea. The only argument the game ever provides as to why are you supposed to kill these people instead of helping them to defeat Brainiac is "Because the Flash said so", then get ready to shoot (yes, shoot) every single one of them to death. Wait, did I say every single one of them? Not WW, she gets a somewhat "emotional" death or an attempt at an emotional death, mourned by people who don´t know a damn thing about her.
I would share the link to the video but there are audio files in the game that explains how they were brainwashed. It's out of character how it happened Edit: Title of Video is How Braniac brainwashed Justice League
She is the diversity and inclusivity checkmark. She plays the same boring character every time, I would find a mime more exciting than what she manages to deliver.

Nah, they actually retconned the white Deadshot as a fake one Which makes Batman look like an absolute idiot since he believed the fake was real for decades
The Batman stalking you scene is a great reminder of what Rocksteady is capable of when they have strong direction and gameplay designed around that vision. The best and most memorable parts of the Arkham games were the tightly designed sections that put you in a small space and made you deal with a threat, find a way to your objective, or sort out some sort of puzzle, and especially in City and Knight, those moments were contrasted with traversing more open environments. Here, though, almost all of the gameplay is put into that big open environment, and there's no creativity to it. They clearly had no idea how to design their game around that, so every story and side mission boils down to one of three basic combat scenarios (kill X number of enemies to destroy this machine, defend this point, or defend this vehicle), and they try to stretch that out into 6 hours of gameplay to make a 9 hour game with 3 hours of cutscenes. This is the PERFECT example of a polished turd. It looks great, and the gameplay feels good, but there's no depth and absolutely no variety. Hell, the final boss fight is a copy-pasted version of the first (and arguably worst) boss fight. They couldn't even figure out a better idea for THAT in the 6+ years this has been in development? I can't shake the feeling that they had a title for a game and got the green light to start making it, but entered production with no idea of how the gameplay would work, what the story would be, or how that story would translate to gameplay. So we end up with a game from Rocksteady that feels thoughtless and shallow in nearly every aspect. I feel bad for the exceptionally talented actors, animators, and artists that put the characters and cutscenes together, because despite a script and direction that often veers into downright awful, the quality of those is, quite frankly, phenomenal. There are obviously talented and passionate people working at the studio still, but they've been working on an unfinished game based on an unfinished idea.
The problem with this game is, while there are good in it, the bad overshadows it. 1. The jokes can be funny, but they never just let us sit with them. It’s always joke joke joke talk talk talk yap yap yap 2. I loved the Batman sequence but it just made me want an Assault on Arkham game where it begins with Batman tryin to deal with them nicely, but he progressively gets more and more brutal ultimately leading to him using the fear toxin he gained at the end of Arkham Knight to potentially kill them, but because even he can’t control it, it gives the SS an opportunity to beat him 3. Why, why, WHY are they ALL using guns?! I get Harley using a gun. It was one of her gimmicks. And Deadshot, I mean *Biden Bad Touch voice* c’mon man. It’s his thing. But why not have the characters focus on what makes them special instead of turning this into a lame looter shooter complete with loot boxes. Harley using a variety of tricks like explosive pies, poison’s cards, or hell, ANYTHING gag related she has used or owned in any of the animated movies/shows, comics, or games. Have Captain Boomerang use his, you know, BOOMERANGS to fight. Trick shots. Explosive boomerangs. Big Naruto Shuriken Boomerang for heavy attacks. Give me something! Deadshot need I explain? Sniper Rifle for long distance. Rifles/pistols for close or medium range. Hell, give him those gun fists. His special could just be a barrage of him using every gun he’s ever used in the series in some combo move or something. And Shark. Big strong shark. You’d imagine he’d be a bruiser battering the enemies to death. Maybe using grapples and body slams. Or hell, maybe he grabs them with his teeth and bites down on them like a, you know, SHARK! But noooooo let’s give him a friggin gun… 4. Let’s be honest, even if it’s Brainiac controlling them and he doesn’t really know how to use them properly, I’d imagine a Justice League that doesn’t hold back would kill them in seconds 5. The music is lame and has no life to it. I’m not expecting a grandiose orchestra for everyone but some music fun battle music would be nice. Maybe have a flip on the grandiose music for the justice league since they’re evil.
I'm sad that Debra Wilson has become the face of "token black woman we've given all the authority to", she's a lovely person and a great actress, it's just that current day won't let her be anything other than this. But when she's allowed to be something more, she can really bring emotion and skill to the role. Some of my favorite roles of hers were Savathun, where she played a leader alien bug with magic powers in Destiny 2 and Isabelle Moreau from Esperados 3.
I love how you're saying current day won't let be her anything else but then bring up 2 other examples of her playing roles that aren't herself. Also, calling her a token is extremely disrespectful and racist.
@@theobell2002 One was an indie studio where they themselves make her a black stereotype and the other was a thing where race doesn't matter becuase again, space bug. Also how crazy is that? Wait a minute. Does Debra Wilson contractually demand that her characters are always modeled after her? Or is this just a side effect of games starting to rely pretty heavily on facial-mocap? I saw the Amanda Waller character and I thought I was watching footage from Jedi Fallen Order.
One thing I cannot and will not buy is Batman being possessed by Brainiac, especially this version of him. While he may be the only member of the Justice League that doesn’t have super powers, he is undoubtedly the smartest out of all of them and is often the one with the best understanding of the battlefield. I’m pretty sure that he would have a good understanding of Brainiac so he could resist possession by him, or at least have a backup plan. Also, Batman’s journey at the end of Arkham Knight doesn’t really translate well at all to where he’s at in this game, being an active member of the Justice League. It’s just a textbook example of lazy modern AAA gaming writing to put Batman in the position of being the bad guy.
Interestingly enough that small clip of Prototype from 2009 has a cleaner UI than the screen vomit from suicide squad. Not to mention that Alex Mercer is a much more compelling villain with an actual character arc. Great story to boot too. (We won’t talk about prototype 2 though)
My biggest issue with this game is that it's is part of the Arkham-verse. Meaning that THIS is how they chose to introduce the Justice League to the Arkham continuity. So even if I overlook the way the writers disrespected their own legacy, I can't do the same with the MULTITUDE of other opportunities this game has effectively pissed away for this continuity. Because even if they retcon this entire game, it won't change the fact that this is how I'll remember the rest of the Justice League being handled by Rocksteady in their first outing: disrespected, and killed off with less respect than a random guard executed by Joker in Arkham Asylum.
@@NoName...... It really doesn't matter to me. The fact is that this is how they chose to introduce the League in the Arkham-verse, as well as end the story of the Arkham-verse Batman. I believe in a pretty solid and somewhat provable theory that all of those triple-A games are so fucking horrible because they were made by people who don't know diddly dick about making video games. That's because all the talented and experienced veterans of the industry either quit or been fired from those companies, and are now producing their own crowdfunded indie games which are actually good.
The visual clutter gives me "HIT THE LEVER" flashbacks from Konamis Pachinko machines. Classic "free-to-play" live service slot machine simulators, I was addicted to Warframe through 2015-2018, it looked similar (maybe not as bad), it also has you locked to your loadout in missions and you need to quit to change if you find yourself with the wrong weapon for the job.
And you got hooked to the alledgegly GOOD one, because Warframe apparently didn't enforce a heavy "pay2win" and loot box slot machine economy into the player every 10 seconds. Believe me, the rest of the ecosystem is ten times worse.
Kind of a shame what happened to Avengers, really. I picked it up right before it was de-listed, and what I played wasn't bad. Definitely by the end it had me wishing the plug wasn't pulled, since I wanted more. There were a lot of things about the game I didn't like, but they nailed how the heroes played and felt. Bouncing heads with Cap's shield and poppin heads with Bucky's guns felt pretty fun. Fuck, even Hawkeye was fun to play. There was a solid game in there, but they really ruined it with all the live service bullshit.
I love how you use guns when bullets are the least useful thing against the justice league. Batmans suit is resistant to them with bullet proof plates in keys spots. The Flash can just move out of the way cause he's faster than light durr. The Green lantern can use a shield to stop them and Superman is invulnerable to just about everything.

This game is that one scene from Ready Player One where the main villain shows how much crap they can have in someone's vision before it induces seizures.
You’re entitled to your opinion but if you’re a serious fan of the Arkhamverse then theirs nothing remotely redeemable here. To see such a beloved series get turned into something that’s essentially another uninspired live service looter shooter just designed to keep extracting money from the player like some battle royale game is utter bullshit. Not to mention what they’ve ultimately done to the Batman considering it was Kevin’s last performance. It’s heartbreaking
If you remember Injustice 2, you should know that Brainiac would never "brainwash" or try to control any metahumans. For very good reasons. So basically the whole story (if we can call this a story) is flawed. Btw why Deadshot is afro-american?
On a more positive note this apparently isn’t Kevin Conroy’s last role as Batman. Apparently he did a couple more projects before he died so this isn’t going to be how His tenure as batman comes to an end. Thank God.
@LordLOC Not ruin, more like a big let down. It would be pretty sad to see this being Conroy's final work with how Rocksteady handled a character he's been playing for several decades already.
@@HeYoNiA Why? Again, all his other portrayals are still there and playable or watchable. Nothing this game does changes them. If you don't like how they handled this version of his character, fine. But his other games and tv show versions of Batman etc. are all still there.
Imagine you're in the board room: "Okay people, let's get started on that Batman Beyond project!" ~"umm actually corporate just informed us we are tossing everything. To make a shooter game that's a live service that will appeal to the fortnite fans & could be our big cash cow with microtransactions" ~"uh that's the worst idea we could possibly do" ~"who said that? Okay raise your hand if you agree with them? Okay, you're all Fired!" And that's how my imagination thinks this disaster could have happened. Hopefully some dev company will be able to pick the batman games up and bring them back to life and keep one of the most loved type of games going. No matter if they jump around with all sorts of different types of stories. If done right, each game could be a stand alone storyline. Sorta how some animated series used to be and people used to dig it. Not everything has to be a continuous connected timeline in order for it to be made. People can get creative with all the source material that's out there to work with.
So these companies want us to play these games right? Right? Like I have no clue why someone would spend hundreds of millions to make a game where every character plays the same minus the animations, and piss on a legacy of games that didn’t need to be tied to this story. I have no problem with Elseworlds and What If’s but the way this game has been shown off and promoted, I don’t like on a personal level. I’m satisfied with Arkham Asylum, City, and Knight. I don’t need anything else, and asking for more is both greedy and clearly not gonna be worth it if this is what we have to look forward to within the Arkham Timeline going forward.
My only simple question to the fans that think the game is a mess and dislike it is. The game is called Suicide Squad KILL THE JUSTICE LEAGUE, what the hell did you expect the game to be? Did you expect the squad would fight the justice league but not kill? To me this game delivered on what it set out to be and the game never even for a second intended on setting itself out to be like one of the Arkham games of the past. The whole point of the game was to be a fun DC game where you take on Brainiac and the Justice League with your friends. THATS IT, it's not supposed to be an amazing, story-based game like the fantastic Arkham games of old.
This game is another Forspoken or Saint's Row(2022). A total disaster. They literally piss on the Flash. The only JL member who isn't insulted and disrespected is Wonder Woman because of course we can't do that in current year.
only joke that really landed for me was King Shark slowly putting on the riddler's hat because he thinks it'll make him invisible when batman shows up lol he was the best part of it for me. glad I didn't buy the game and just watched the story on YT. one thing I think Is annoying is that they put a limit bar on the traversal aspect so you have to touch the floor. you get momentum going and then you gotta land before you can continue which I think would be really really boring
Just finished the game, and genuinely I find the traversal the most fun part of it. Harley's movement in particular can get SO smooth, because when you land and slide, you get a boost of speed and a buff to the next swing. It's a lot of fun. The rest of the game though is very frustrating because I can see what it wants to be, it just doesn't get anywhere close to that
Why didn't Batman kill the squad in the beginning when he clearly had an opportunity to do so? Oh... So the rest of the stupid plot could happen. Genius writing right there.
The fact that story revolves around Sucide Squad filled of d-tier characters and they go on to take out both JL and Brainiac just shows how little they know about their source material. And none of SS members even die.
I've heard this game is a mess or amazing, but nothing in-between. It really does look like Crackdown 3 with the DC license and... y'know, more of a shit given.
i honestly think it's just an okay-ish game, but it should have been free considering the live service model and the mcrotransaction, i would never pay anything above 20 bucks for a game like this. I wanna try it out, i enjoy looter shooters, im just not spending $70 on a game that's gonna be taken offline in a year or two.

I think in a better game this could've been a breakout role for him. Can't imagine he's broken up about it though since he's AEW World Champ and in that Twisted Metal show.
Joe's actually a really good voice actor. I remember him being one of the only wrestlers who actually cared when doing voice work for the WWE 2K Series.
Wait you fight The Justice League just by shooting at them? Wouldn't it make more sense for Amanda Waller to somehow obtain Batman's contingency plans for dealing with each individual member and having the boss fights play out more like combat puzzles? Eh false. The fight actually makes sense. Its all abt fear gas.

Harley Quinn is the bestest ever. Stunning and brave.
I haven’t seen it but don’t they end up doing just that - saving the world from a giant monster? A starfish or something?
@ellis7622
Yes, but the team are actually underdogs and doesn't just win because the villain is incompetent. The team, you know, is actually strategic, and the op powers of Ratcatcher and pokedot man do a lot in that fight. Not like the first Suicide Squad movie where the team is hilariously weak against Enchantress, so they have to make her stupid and basically give them a chance to beat her. 😂
They literally fight Starro there.

Played through on console with a controller, the game has an almost aggressive auto aim like it was rare to pull down the trigger and not have Boomerangs spine snap in half as he suddenly locked onto the nearest enemy
I got a headache just from watching someone else playing the game, I think I'd have thrown up if I was the one holding the controller

The High Moon Transformers duology were such great games.
I didn’t think of that.

If only modern Rocksteady had love for DC like Highmoon had love for Transformers
More like Suicide Squad: Kill Rocksteady's reputation

As much as this game will drag Rocksteady's rep through the mud, the OG devs from Rocksteady aren't the ones to blame since they left the studio and a new wave of idiots came around and just ruined everything.

@@Redhead-pf8lethe fake also had better aim and never missed too lol
One of the first things boomerang says to him is "wait aren't you white" like we're in mean girls
Evil batman should've been like Mr X from Resi, ruthlessly chasing you throughout the game
The problem with this game is, while there are good in it, the bad overshadows it.
1. The jokes can be funny, but they never just let us sit with them. It’s always joke joke joke talk talk talk yap yap yap
2. I loved the Batman sequence but it just made me want an Assault on Arkham game where it begins with Batman tryin to deal with them nicely, but he progressively gets more and more brutal ultimately leading to him using the fear toxin he gained at the end of Arkham Knight to potentially kill them, but because even he can’t control it, it gives the SS an opportunity to beat him
3. But noooooo let’s give him a friggin gun…
4. Let’s be honest, even if it’s Brainiac controlling them and he doesn’t really know how to use them properly, I’d imagine a Justice League that doesn’t hold back would kill them in seconds
I have been playing SW Survivor a L O T so... I was very happy to hear that she was in this game and Terra Strong.

The fact that Kevin Conroy's second to last performance was this is criminal.
I mean he was still batman.
Don't worry, they are 100% retconning this game down the line
@@NoName...... It really doesn't matter to me. The fact is that this is how they chose to introduce the League in the Arkham-verse, as well as end the story of the Arkham-verse Batman. And you got hooked to the alledgegly GOOD one, because Warframe apparently didn't enforce a heavy "pay2win" and loot box slot machine economy into the player every 10 seconds. Believe me, the rest of the ecosystem is ten times worse.
it will be funny seeing how fast this game will follow that Avengers shitshow into oblivion.

Superman can literally kill them just by looking at them, game is stupid
Right now it's not even in steams top 100 player count list and for a live service multiplayer game that def isn't a good sign

I wanna try it out, i enjoy looter shooters, im just not spending $70 on a game that's gonna be taken offline in a year or two.
honestly if it was just this, I'd be all over it.
edit: well, maybe not CD3, wasn't that the bad one?
accurate, i was conflicted between Crackdown and Saints Row 4 😅
Nobody with any shred of credit is saying it's good.
opposite, no one is saying that is amazing, for some its a in between
So, about that Batman scene... "Look how they massacred my boy."
It's The Last Jedi of Arkham games.
That was the decision of people that think all straight white men are the devil incarnate.
he didn’t deserve to die by fucking Harley Quinn
They really pissed on the late Kevin Conroy's grave with that
@@gregtbarton8035I highly doubted he would be mad about a video game when he had actual career and knew what was going to happen. The people mad are unemployed nerds who are projecting hard right now about a cartoon character
Out of anybody that worked on this, the one who I think did work worth praise that won't get it was Samoa Joe doing King Shark's voice. I think in a better game this could've been a breakout role for him. Can't imagine he's broken up about it though since he's AEW World Champ and in that Twisted Metal show.
Yeah, Samoa Joe deserves more love, wrestling or otherwise
Joe's actually a really good voice actor. I remember him being one of the only wrestlers who actually cared when doing voice work for the WWE 2K Series.
In some scenes he sounds quite a bit like Optimus Prime, so I guess he might take over for Peter when he retires the role.
Do the numbers still spell D154573R for him?
@@choo_choo_ only at Sacrifice and if you add Kurt Angle to the mix.
still can't believe they showed a giant shark man with a green lantern ring and then didn't let you play with it. what the hell
Only be able to fully defeat the final boss through dlc is blasphemy 😭😭
This game achieved the same result as Back 4 Blood or Payday 3 for me - they made me want to play their predecessor again lol
