I’m still having disconnect issues, PS5 controller running on PS5 Warzone via besavior. I’ve tried both ports on front of Zen. When it happens I just quickly unplug the cord from PS5 and plug it back in. Do u know how to update the latest firmware for besavior??? Maybe that could help

Hi Anton, I have been watching your channel since more than a year ago, thanks for sharing all the good stuff. It really helps especially the diy controllers😊 The most important thing is that most of us enjoy gaming without cheating. I love your point of view regarding the issue between gaming experiencing and cheating. I mean PS4 does has a backbutton controller and it was really nice to play with which led me to from diy a dual sense on PS5, to get my favourite ps5 edge I am using now.
However, all good experiences were over since the anti-mouse trap has come out. I have to emphasize that I am honestly a pure controller player all the time in rainbow 6 seige. I don't hate mouse players actually if they do not use a script. To me, I just want to get fun after the stressful works every single day. Nonetheless, somehow I have been suffering from the penalties, not only by using the ps5 dual sense edge, even the normal dual sense controller could get a penalty as well.
It is really confusing so I had been asking the ubisoft team yelling for help but, as we all know no use at all.
Some of my friends suggested some possibilities to me that like:
- maybe you should not charge your controller since they might wrongly dectected your device is connecting to some illegal adaptors
- is it because your sensitivity setting is too high in the game etc.
But I think that these are definitely not the reasons, at least, logically, right?
So, here is my setting:
Normal ps5, dual sense or dual sense edge controllers, steelseries artics nova pro wireless gaming headset. Nothing more.
What do you think? Or is there any way I can do? Please help me poor guy to figure it out, trillion thanks. Lastly, please forgive me as my english is not good enough.

It's hard to say for sure. Charging the controller while using it shouldn't do anything. But, you can always tell the ps5 to communicate over Bluetooth even when charging over USB. It's buried in the controller settings page

I run at 13 for mine. Which is pretty high but not max. No issues

If I did buy the besavior u think the developers can put a new block in the future or this will work forever? I dont want to buy it and boom there could be a new error that I cant use it on ps5 again.

Hi, I run the DSX client on Steam to use my DualSense Edge in order to use the back paddles on my controller. Do i have to run that and connect the Cronus while the client is on in order to use my back buttons? I play on PC
It should save the settings to dse. Then use in zen

They are following the same steps but when it is time to shoot the besevor controller vibrates as it was removed

My dual sense edge controller keeps disconnecting every 5-10 minutes i play a ps4 game aswell plus the ps5 controller is connected to the bottom left usb port and my ps4 controller is connected to the left side of the zen
Make sure in the settings of the PS5 your connection option is switched to USB an not Bluetooth

Yes. Setup is a bit finicky. But once you figure it out it's pretty easy

You would have to check if apex is a blocked game
Did it work with regular dual sense and zen before? If not then you would still need besavior or beloader
Nope it won’t . Even if it worked before and is a ps4 game. It will just disconnect every few minutes non stop

Great question.
You need to program the paddles on a ps5 first. After that they will work. But you can't remap them.
Will it work forever or will it disconnect? My friend got a wingman for his xbox to use the edge controller and he programmed the paddles on the ps5 but after that when he connected the wingman and the edge controller to the xbox it worked for a few hours then it would keep disconnecting and he would have to connect it to the ps5 so I am wondering if the edge will only work with the ps5. I will be buying and edge to test it with my cronus zen on my xbox series x
I didn't play with it that long. So I couldn't say for sure. But I did just finishing filming a video to show exactly that same setup actually

even if you're not using remote play besaviour NEEDS to exploit remote play so find it in your settings turn on remote play.

How do you map the edge back paddles when you don't have a PS5 and you want to use Edge through Zen on Xbox?

@@GearsAndTech So does the edge controller have a hardware memory where you can save the mappings for the back paddles internally in the controller? (that is, independent of the software on any console/PC? ) I want to use the paddles on Xbox, and Zen doesn't yet support mapping the paddles.

yes it syncs the controllers. but you will still need to buy a besaviour. then set it on the shelf wired to your zen.

Why does my Cronus zen not detect tried different cables and nothing even tried ps5 specialty off and on still nothing zen works like normal but it won’t even detect on my besavior even after using your steps
Try and set it up without the besavior. Just go direct to ps5
You won't be able to play ps5 games. But you can at least make sure your controller and zen are working like that
Once that's working then add the besavior in the middle
It took a little fiddling around to get it to work.

Hey. I have a small question. So I’m on ps5. Untill now, using the cronus zen on ps5 games, my setup was beloader to ps5, cronus zen to beloader, connect beloader with remote play, connect cronus to beloader, and final step put ps5 controller wired into the left usb port of the zen. This works TOTALLY fine. BUT, I received my dualsense EDGE controller today, and doing these steps won’t make my edge work… why not?? Does the beloader don’t work with the edge? Thanks in advance!

I coming across an issue and want to see if you can help me. I bypass my besavior to use my nacon wire remote. And it turns on and everything however, I have crazy amount of stick drift. Specially COD I tried fortnite it was fine no Issue. Also tried a different remote same issue. Do you have any solution? If anyone else has the same issue let me know. Trying everything to fix this solution if I figure it out I will post a video.
Same I just plugged my ps5 controller into the auth controller port after plugging in the zen and it displays a controller is connected then I spam ps and it connects
Select your script before loading up the game and Replug The zen in after loading it and connect your ps5 controller it works no cap

You need to download an app that let's you program the ds edge back paddles. I forget what it's called. But it runs on your pc
it's called DSX from steam.@@GearsAndTech unsure if you can run that alongside the Cronus zen however.

It's weird I never experienced that in my testing.
@@GearsAndTech try it out you can use the controller for 5-10 minutes without any problems and then all of a sudden you can press whatever you want nothing works anymore then you have to disconnect the USB connection and reconnect it again then everything starts all over again

When you used the zen I noticed you had to switch over to rapid fire.
Does that mean you are only allowed to use one script at a time or would you be able to use rapid fire and no recoil and other things at the same time?
I really don't know how to use scripts on the zen. From what I can tell you can run them all on if you want

@@paleclown8017 yes. I'm using the chiaki remote play app from the windows store and on the chronus zen I'm using the enable remote specialty option, my controller is connected to the left side of my zen as well. Works all day without any disconnects or issues
@@paleclown8017 you may have to keep tinkering with it but its definitely works with the dualsense. I tried it without remote play but it disconnects randomly. remote play option is the best stable option without having to buy all those other accessories
I plugged my Xbox controller in to the left port than my dual sense ps5 controller on the front and when I’m using it on Xbox it constantly pulls my menu up and the mic tweaks in and out of game chat

My controller is working now but if I turn on the game script it keep doing the share button issue where it keeps popping up and pulling the scoreboard up

So you can just buy the zen, upload the scripts that you want etc. But you just need the Besaviour remote plugged in, instead oh having to buy the beloader

This rally makes little sense the edge is a first party comtroller u should have to.use any other donor for the edge to function with the sense is not like u using a knock off controller or xbox etc like.on ps4's u actually using a sonny official licensed first party controller

How about using a Besavoir Adapter which is for a fraction of the cost. That controller is not worth cost for stick aim assist. Wpuld the adaptor work instead.

i can play almost a full day sometimes, then sometimes will disconnect every couple minutes . theres a freeze on mw2 where it brings up the wheel. i updated firmware on besavior and zen. still has issues. I think there needs to be an update on zen side for the dual sense egde controller. when testing with xbox controller or ps4 i have no disconnects. I have remote play checked with ps4/ps5/pc .

Hey can anybody help me out, I set everything up with the Beloader Controller, so left on the Cronus is my Dongle, the back from the Cronus the cable goes into the Beloader and the Beloader Controller goals into the PS5, on the front of course the normal PS5 Comtroller or the Edge Controller…and everything works fine at the beginning, I can press L2 and Option to open the menu the Zen…but what I noticed while doing this and playing like that, the lights on the controller I’m using with the zen are kind of blinking at this goes like 5min like that - then they stop blinking and I can’t open the menu from the Zen with L2 + Option, it just stops working somehow…I can still use the controller, but it’s like he isn’t connected to the zen anymore. If I pull the cable from the back and put it in again, the blinking starts again and I can get to the menu of the Zen again.
Anyone a idea how to fix that? I would appreciate it very much! And sorry for my bad English by the way…

@@SoloSuccess_ I never cheat in PvP or competitive games, or when there is a interaction with other players, I’m using it for other things - private matches with friends, to mess around a little bit and for example using exploits at pay to win games, where I avoid paying.

@@GearsAndTech yeah I already tried there website and it won't let me purchase it using my bank account called my bank they said the problem was on there end plus I see online people complaining about them being fraudulent so I'm unsure about it all
Then you would need to wait till they get stock at Amazon and buy from there.

Guys who like this I am working on a fix but for now you will need to hit touchpad on besavior. I just set it in my gaming desk and tap is as a map open. It feels kinda cool too and quick still but there will be a fix working with mod max.

I am confused. I have a PS5 in which I bought a cronus zen not necessarily for the ps5 but I did want to try it I follow the steps of people on how to set up the ps5 controller but does not seem to work. What am I doing incorrectly.
My question is it will stay connected to the ps5 or will still have the same disconnect issue 🤔

@@dlww4076 actually u need more than that each zen w/besaviour can only use one controller. that means to add a Edge controller+authenticator that's -$740 estimated.

But I don’t get why out of the blue when I added the mw3 beam script onto my zen it started giving me the error message (ps5 can’t be used wit this controller) when a few days ago it was working fine
I fixed the problem by download ps4 version and now my controller disconnects every 8 mins smh

It's a bit finicky. But if you follow the directions the way I show then you should be good
