I personally don’t think it’s wise to make claims about a product especially if u mention u haven’t even used it yet and u encourage others to buy it. Or claim it’s never gonna get shut off because it uses the same encoder

But I have used it. And it's working great
a while back Collective Minds/Cronus guys did the same using the same software from a PS controller and made the PS5 Dongle for the Zen. They got hit with a Cease and Desist order from Sony for Copyright and Theft. As Besaviour have done the same, clearly being told in this video with the Wolverine Controller. So they will soon get it too. it's doesn't mean just stop producing and selling them, also no further updates if they are actually still trying to get it to work.

After the U5 got blocked out, I bought a Dualsense Edge, from a friend and only $120 with everything. Bought some stick modules off of Aliexpress for $10 a piece (Got 4 and yes they all work) I mostly used the U5 w/ a Mayflash Magic S Ultimate, to use my Gulikit KKP2 only to replace it with its predecessor, the KingKong 3 Max, why? The Hall effect sticks and comfort that’s why plus my Dualsense that came with my Day 1 PS5 had stick drift. But I do like the DSE, very good controller just not worth the $200.
I like what I hear about this new device but I already spent on the Beloader and U5 to the point that I won’t buy this thing immediately. Ill give it time to see what Sony does. Would love to use my Gulikit KK3Max again, as an extra controller since the DSE battery is so weak, sure use it wired but sometimes I want to use it wirelessly…. plus it heats up while plugged in.

Guys I have a ps5 slim and mine works I had to update it and I have to plug it into the back of the console but mine works if yours doesn’t try plugging into the back ports

Try Astro C40 tr with that thing and let us know if it works! They always say that is compatible with any controller until is not..shouldn't be any big deal for you to test it since you own one already and promoting this product mate

@@GearsAndTech I followed every step but it's not working, I'm using working cables cause I'm able to use the Cronus Zen with the turnoff accessories glitch. But simply plugging the P5mate in the rear of the PS5 does nothing. and I have Bluetooth off.
@@ronaldbernard9256 I’m exactly the same. Can use Cronus with glitch but not with the P5mate. Controller also turn blue sometimes when plugged into Cronus from P5 then sometimes Green. This has to be a firmware issue

Check your usb cables. Seems like a bad cable

Hmmm had mine delivered today, followed the setup precisely, have tried many different cables, tried all the ports on PS5, reinstalled the factory firmware (there is no other firmware on their site to install) and I’ve tried various diff controllers - nothing works, nothing. The procedure to update the firmware worked like a charm so I know the device works, but there is no way PS5 will talk to it. I’m using the launch PS5. Buyer beware is all I can say 🙁

every tech i bought that this has promoted does not work. the p5mate does not light up when plug into my ps5 only lights up blue when holding the pair button and plugging it into the computer and the beloader update software does not work on any computer i have 4 high end pc 1 custom-built with a rtx 3090fe and another with a 4090fe and a laptop and a older desktop with a 1050ti and nothing works SmH don't waste your money read reviews and got to product site and check comments.
Light doesn't turn on when plugged in. Don't look at that light for any feedback

I have medical problems with my hands and the only controller that doesn't hurt my hands is the ASTRO and since the ps5 controller hurts my hand I had to buy another ps5 licensed controller to try to keep from being in pain. I went with the victrix because it was closest I could find to the ASTRO. But the victrix is too small for my hands and hurts me. With this device I can now use my ASTRO again! You have helped me very much and I just can't thank you enough!

Use the p5mate to play with a series controller. However, I don't know which keys you have to press to simulate the touchpad. Does anyone know how or if this is even possible?

Great question. When I tried the monster out with besavior controller and u5 it demanded to use remote play.
I would say the Blader worked best with P5Mate
Can you test something highly specific?
PS1, PS2, and PSP classics use both sides of the touchpad to emulate the "Start" and "Select" buttons. On the besavior adapter, it can only detect the left side click, which is the "Select" button, making classics unplayable, as you must hit the "Start" button on first launch of any classic game.
Can you test if the P5mate can detect both sides of the touchpad so I can finally play the classic games that are on the PlayStation store? otherwise, i'll stick to the besavior.
I use the besavior with a dualshock 4 + cronus zen.
Besavior is the best option. It's what I use as well.
I don't think this detects both sides like you are requiring.

@@GearsAndTech Yeah, that is my only complaint with the besavior is the limited touchpad functionality, which ain't a huge deal in 99% of games, but for the classics and for a small number of Sony games, it sucks.

Currently only way I found for Bluetooth to controller is to add a zen to the P5Mate or grab a besavior pro controller.

Or just plug still trough, usb while having Bluetooth turned off in ps settings, I play on ps5 with my xbox elite controller no remote play and definitely not this tool, so safe urself for paying extra money while it can be free

There is no power light. Don't use that as a test to prove if it's working.
I bought the apex 4 controller and plug it in and nothing comes up. I know you never tried that controller. On controller it gives option for pc and switch . Any idea thanks again for the quick response

So my besavior controller hasn’t been able to work since one of the updates. It says that In order for it to be updated it needs more battery but despite it being a wired connection I’ve not found a way to actually charge it. Is this normal? Is this meant to happen? Is there a firmware update to fix this?
Something is up. Potentially your battery is broken. My besavior controller has updated with no issue

I like using the PS5 controller for 2D games for D-pad use. Yet for 3D games, all I wanted was a controller with vibration and offset analog sticks for comfort. I was crestfallen when I finally played Stellar Blade with the Besavior U5 and it didn't work after 1 minute. It's just annoying that getting a controller with offset sticks and vibration (even the PS5 Pro controllers don't have vibration) is this hard to do on the PS5.
Well, don't I feel stupid after sending them the beloader team three videos my problem was user error I was plugging the wrong end into the PS5. It works!!!!! I had the device in reverse

Ive used the original beloader and bought it from their website and had no trouble for years. But I've upgraded to the PS5 Mate also purchased on their website and it's so easy. Plug and play.

While cronus zen got affected with Sony's firmware update, your claims about the xim matrix not working any longer after the firmware update is false, never had issues with the xim matrix, its because its a remote play solution and not a usb solution.

Remote play is still working for everything. It's just not the ideal way to do this.

P5mate doesnt work with cronus zen . Dont waste your money like i did and other people do your research. I update everything use a ps4 controller . Changed ps4 to ps5 on the zen you name it

All i did was follow the steps of a website on how to work it and it works, if psn u can only use the normal dualshock controller and turn off bluetooth

I tried monster before and it only worked for me with remote play. Aimzenix says if you put it in ps4 mode it Wil work though
