I agree because I am also a homemaker and I would love to know her side of the journey from beginning to end! I’ve actually called in to the Ramsey Show with a question about how she helped as a stay at home mom. Never got a call back but I’m hopeful to hear more from her in the future 💕

Sharron would be a great resource by doing a video about 'how to save money on groceries'. It could be a small series (4-6 episodes) of how to use your left over food and make new meals out of all it. Maybe a month of week by week - 4 weeks of meals, how to make it stretch and tips on how to do great cooking with leftovers.
What's cracking me up listening while driving. Minute 1: Oh, Sharon sounds like country fried Rachel. Minute 30: *Rachel has lost all vocal training, slipped back into full country*
Seeing/ hearing her was a great lesson in itself knowing how rich she & Dave Ramsey are, but she is as sweet as can be! Dave Ramsey is very admirable too!
The "Chemistry" here among these Ramsey individuals is Through-The-Roof. It is so much FUN to watch their interactions. You couldn't begin to script these answers. (Like a bagel or toast) I'll tap it off & reuse it. (But I do keep it in a different pile, not for guests, just for me... I'm not an animal. 😂😂😂😂😂)
We wash plastic cutlery-the good, heavy-duty kind. Just always have. And I keep my dinner napkins (for me only, not guests) cause if I didn't use it, why throw it away?

I'm in baby step 7 thanks to all of you. It took us FOREVER with all kinds of ups and downs and unexpected medical hits but I am finally at the point where I can buy a fun thing without guilt.
Thanks for the encouragement. We paid off our debt this past June. It took a minute to readjust our mindset and switch gears to saving, and also getting back into alignment as a couple with our goals. We took some hits with a six month lapse of health insurance as a family of 8! Then a job change. Then back to school and all the things life is full of. Sometimes it seems like we will never move ahead. But thank you for the encouragement.
PLEASE have more Sharon on the show. George and Rachel and Lindsey (WOW!) are awesome. Adding Sharon creates so much of a different show that is much more enjoyable!!!

I agree with Sharon. I don’t like sharing food. Whenever someone suggests tapas, I redirect. I can’t enjoy the meal if I am constantly making sure I don’t over serve myself resulting in someone else not getting enough. Too much stress at a meal. Everybody get their own food!
Bought telestrations because Rachel always talks about it. We played it with the family on thanksgiving and everyone including the grandmas loved it. Go buy yourself the game and make memories with your family this holiday season.
In Alaska we have a large game road kill list. Basically when someone hits a moose, caribou, what have you on the road, they have to call it in to the department of fish and game where they call the next person on the list to come and harvest the meat. I have no problem with road kill as long as I know how long its been there 😂
I'm in Ohio. We have that for deer for sure. Other states do this too. I have family who are hunters. I've heard they ask the driver if they want it first.
Yep, if I bash my car on a deer or turkey, I'm calling for that permit to take it home. The banged up part works as dog food, which has gotten ridiculous lately.
The number of times my husband has told the kids "that's your mom's put it back" when we have a nice meal is crazy. He always makes sure I got a piece of the nice things before the kids have seconds.
RACHEL! My husband did propose with a bread twist! I still have it & I will never toss it. I now have a 2ct cutie but my first first first was a white twist tie for our bread ❤❤❤
I have 10 tops, four pants, five jackets two dresses and six pairs of shoes. I love every piece that I own and when it wears out I simply replace it with something wonderful that feels great to wear.

My husband trims my hair! First time was during lockdown and he did fine. He's gotten better and faster each time. I've never left a salon that I loved my cut, they seem to always do what they prefer. I would end up "fixing" it once I got home. I don't have that issue now!
Y'all should look into the wool& 100 day challenge. I wore the same dress for 100 days in a row. I did mix up leggings and if it was cold had several sweaters I put over the top, butbit was liberating!
This was great. In all they years I have followed Dave Ramsey. Mis Sharon is always spoken of but never really seen. So great to finally see the woman behind the man. Of course she GREAT!!!!

My mom bought her own engagement ring after my Dad proposed because he was still a medical resident. Once he became a doctor, he always bought her jewelry every year.
My husband was self employed when we were dating. There was a radio ad about spending 3 months for an engagement ring. My soon to be husband looked at me with a grin and said "I'll have to get you a winter ring" which is leaner income. I did get an upgrade "summer ring" 2 years into our marriage 😊 celebrating 30 years in July
I proudly reuse my flosser over and over!! And it’s not even that floss is not cheap, it’s just that the floss is perfectly usable! The bacteria on the floss is just the same bacteria that is on your toothbrush! 🤦🏻♀️

We set a budget for Costco and hand the kids a calculator when we walk in. They add up everything thay goes in the cart amd we stay below the budget.
