Useful idea about sowing more than one squash/courgette into those square pots and I shall definitely be copying. Happy gardening😊

I always do it as some don’t germinate although this year I nearly have a full house of those that have but I will divide into pots once they are a transferable size

Great video! I started my courgette and summer squash today. I always plant extras of everything so I've got back ups and of course I share what I don't use.

Glad I’m not the only one that plants 🌱 extras / I’ve already got friends that are happy to have my surplus tomato 🍅 plants which I’ve just planted up

Useful info as always. Your rhubarb is doing well. I am friendly with a local white goods supermarket, who are only too happy to give me thick cardboard sheets which I use as weed suppressant.
New legislation regarding keeping chickens. Over 50 compulsory to register them, under 50, voluntarily! A lot of pointless rigmarole. Where will it end!

I heard about the new chicken 🐓 legislation too / unfortunately it will put some people off getting chickens which is a real shame / I do hope they don’t make it too complicated as it’s so fulfilling keeping chickens and good for children to learn about how it all works / great idea about cardboard I will have to look into that / we’ve recently had some things delivered in cardboard boxes and it’s amazing that some people see it as rubbish whereas we see it as something useful for our allotments
