    I suggest to add: "groom the backlog", since it gives the correct name to a frequently done activity in real project execution circumstances. "Definition of done", helping to avoid conflicts and miss-expectations between team and client. "Persona" to simulate users benefiting from the product. :)

      Caves and Commons is used when you're working with virtual, remote, and hybrid teams, especially when you're collaborating with global teams on bigger projects
