    Hi Andrew, I’m thrilled to share that I passed my PMP on my first attempt with 3 ATs! A huge thank you to you - your Udemy course and this series of ultra-hard questions were instrumental in helping me develop the right mindset to tackle the exam. I truly can’t thank you enough!

    I passed my PMP exam on 06/01/2025, and it was incredibly challenging with lengthy, complex questions that required careful reading. Andrew Ramdayal’s Udemy course for the 35 PDUs and his TH-cam videos were a game changer for me! His honest and effective teaching methods helped me understand the PMP mindset and prepared me to pass on the first try.
    I especially recommend his "200 Ultra Hard PMP Questions" on YT.
    While no questions on the exam were identical, the patterns and terminology were very similar. If you dedicate focused study time (21 days is ideal) and follow his resources, you can succeed. Practice the mindset and time management to handle the lengthy questions.
    Thank you, Andrew Ramdayal, for your excellent and helpful resources! 🙏

    As someone with over twenty years of experience actively managing numerous projects, I'm considering this course. In your first question, you argue for D. as the best answer, which I believe may be an oversimplification.
    In certain situations, option A (facilitating a workshop) might be more appropriate. For example, when determining the root cause of an issue proves challenging, especially if multiple contributing factors are involved.
    This scenario highlights the importance of communication, facilitation, and strong interpersonal skills - aspects that are often crucial in resolving complex project challenges.

    I passed my PMP exam on the 21st of September! I wanted to thank you, as your Udemy course was crucial for building a solid foundation. The mindset part, in particular, was fantastic-I listened to it nearly every day leading up to the exam!

    • @jamesw7072

      @@perlasaikumar I would say so as it was my primary method of study and I passed the PMP yesterday. The main thing with taking the PMP is stamina. A 4 hour test is no joke and in the last hour my eyes were getting blurry, my mind was fogged, and I had to start reading questions 3 and 4 times because I was just mentally exhausted

    Hi Andrew, thanks so much for your effort in making these videos.
    For Q1, i thought the answer would be option A but it is option D. But, how does PM identify the root cause without getting enough inputs/info from the stakeholders?

  • @urkilinmesmallz
    @urkilinmesmallz 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

    Disagree with Question 9, as a project sponsor/stakeholder on many projects and working directly with PM teams, I would expect the monetary award to be used as a team retreat or reward to enhance team-building as a recovery. This is especially true when our teams have worked long hours to complete a project. I feel like a professional development or any other skills building session could create fatigue within the team in this scenario. However, a test is a test, and if this is the mindset, I will comply 🙂

    Hi Andrew. Can you explain at what situation you would review document plans first before meeting stakeholders/vendors? Or when would you have meeting stakeholders/vendors first instead of reviewing document plans? PMI study hall is confusing me between this 2 answer options. Sometimes its review documents first, sometimes its meeting with stakeholder. Greatly appreciate it if you could help on this.

    1. When do you expect to release the remaining 190 questions? Is the a expected cadence of release?
    2. In your opinion, do you think that your Exam sim is sufficient to prep for the exam, or do your think its necessary to also use the PMI exam prep sim?

    Hi Andrew , For the 7h question, the option A says , allocate the time for developers to present their proposal in the next sprint planning meeting. So here in this option we are not talking about time allocation with in the current ongoing sprint , because the proposal is gong to happen only in the sprint planning which always comes once the current sprint ends. In this situation, what is the difference between option A nd B as both option says dont deviate from the current Sprint. Can you please help me understand here ?

    Question #9: Shouldn't D be the right answer which is fair and inclusive. Deciding to fund professional growth using monetary award is unfair as this is organization's responsibility to help and fund individual technical and professional growth anyways?
    Thank you for your set of questions!

  • @ganghu9859
    @ganghu9859 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Disagree on question 4, the question itself doesn't show it is using Agile or waterfall. Imagine if it is a waterfall or hybrid project, and the stakeholder issue come from planning stage, then project manager should try solve this issue in planning stage as well, not wait for execution stage to solve it with demo, right? if so, answer C would be better than A. Next, image if that project is Agile (although from the question only, you can not tell it is Agile project!), schedule separate demo sessions in each sprint is not a good agile practice as well, the PM should invite stakeholders to the sprint review meeting with demo, not separate demo session meetings during the sprint (note: creating too many meetings in sprint is not a good practice for Agile). So in any situation, A is not the best answer I think.
    In the video, Andrew said one of reason not chose answer C because of stakeholders not interested in tech detail, that not always true as well. In real life, for those tech oriented stakeholders (we never know) or non-tech oriented stakeholders, a separate tech session meeting to show more info or details to stakeholders would always be a valid option, specifically during planning stage. So answer C is better than A.

      You need 3 years of experience for the PMP, as I would like to see this reduced to 1 year if you have a graduate business degree such as an MBA, this is not the case. Experience trumps all, even prestigious certifications and most prestigious certifications require experience anyway. Work on this before focusing on top-tier management jos in the US.
